We have used this company since we moved here 10 years ago. They always have us up and going the same day, even on weekends and during the recent cold snap we had!

R&R was fantastic! Called them late on a Thursday and they were here first thing on Friday morning. Got the heat fixed and just in time for the big snow storm!

If there is a better AC place in Paris I want someone to show it to me. Called at 5 till closing on a 102 degree day and they had it running less than an hour later. Phenomenal friendly service!!! Use them.

They have wonderful customer service at R @ R air conditioning. They are very polite and know air conditioners. The technicians are very trustworthy and know how to repair ac units. I will refer all my friends and family to them for any ac service and repair. They are the very best Lamar County has to offer.

I live quite a distance away from R&R and have been using them for years. They have always performed beyond expectations - whether it was a service / maintenance call or when it was time to replace my old HVAC with a new one. Robert and his team go out of their way to try and accommodate my schedule, even after hours. They are reasonable, professional, honest and truly care about customer service. I would not use anyone else.

I had company arriving before they could replace my upstairs a/c. Wade got 2 window units and installed them so the company wouldn't need to cancel. Can't say enough good things about R&R.

Very polite and professional cost is very good. they even came out on a Sunday to diagnose my air conditioning. thank god it was just wiring that needed replace after i weed wacked around the unit . Will call for his help again.

They had exactly what I need and sold it to me. Easy, pleasant interaction. I appreciate that they didn't try to force me into a service call like some other places in town.
