I went for a dryer and the last went out of her way to show what they had, have me options and showed the dents on the appliance to show why it was discounted. Informative & Quick.

Called to schedule a repair call and spoke to Gaona himself. We scheduled an appointment to which he did not show up for. Called that afternoon, no call back. Called again the following morning and the employee who answered said Gaona said he called me the morning of the appointment and I didn't answer. I told her I had no missed calls from him or any other person that morning. Checked my phone records, nothing, not even a voicemail. She said she would have him call me back and no call. Sent my business to Strawberry Appliance in Pasadena instead. Great service from Strawberry Appliance. Call them instead of wasting time with Gaona.
