The service technician was excellent . Came on time, got the ice collection tray back in and said that new parts would be problematic trying to obtain them. This would have been the third heating element this fridge would need and it is a five year old fridge. Obviously Samsung has an engineering issue with the ice maker. Mustaf, the repair person was great, friendly and he did not try to upsell me on any product when I decided not to repair the fridge. Just a great service call.

Knew immediately the problem with my dryer and resolved it promptly.
