These guys were at my house within a few hours of my first call. Joe did an initial assessment and explained what needed to been done. Chris came afterwards to do the repairs. Both of them were great. One criticism: they should call if there is going to be a delay. If I had not called because no one showed up I would have spent the whole day waiting.

Our technician Luke was exceptionally upbeat, professional, and knowledgeable. He solved unexpected issues for wiring our new dishwasher and made sure it was working properly before leaving.

Chris,Chung,and Julian are awesome experts. They were very honest, very knowledgeable,patient, and timing was great. After 20 years of cholesterol clogging up my pores ( electricity) my veins started running smoothly. Great job....

Carlos and his assistant were awesome. They worked diligently and communicated throughout the repair explaining each step they were taking to resolve issue. Price was very reasonable and service was outstanding. We will definitely keep Electrical Doctor number saved for the future. Thanks again Carlos great job.

These guys are amazing and make everything quick simple and gave me a great price! From the minute Susan answered the phone she really understood my problem and made sure that I was taken care of and created a sense of urgency. She immediately got an appointment scheduled with this amazing technician Joe. Joe was great he came in and quickly fixed my AC and made sure that everything was okay. He was on time, quick, very polite, and made sure it was proper with extensive testing after the repair. I’ve never been happier with any other technician! I highly recommend Susan and Joe! They made this the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had!!

Gave them a call expecting to have to pay a premium for the weekend. However, the gentleman gave me some sage advice, it worked, and my problem was solved! Will keep their number for the future. Highly recommend!!

2022 and I’m here with another review
Chris and Sergio was who came out on Christmas Eve to say the least. They went over and beyond o assure my home was safe for my family. They stopped us from having a fire in our attic due to faulty wiring.. thank you guys so much. Will definitely be using you’ll again

Mark, Chris and Chuy were extremely professional and accommodating while working on our house. The job was scheduled for two days, but they stayed and were able to successfully complete all the repairs and installations in one day. I was very impressed with how well they worked together to accomplish so much, and they would always confirm location of installations before installing. I highly recommend this company and especially these three. Great Team!

We had a variety of work done over the course of 4 days and our home is definitely upgraded and safer. Doctor Home Experts did a great job and I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family! We had new breaker boxes installed (both the main box outside and the sub box inside), new switches, outlets, ceiling fans, light fixtures, power line, and more installed. Joe, Carlos, Jay, Julian, and Chris all helped to get this done. I love their comradery with each other. They worked together like a well oiled machine with great professionalism. They did not disappoint! I asked a lot of questions during the process to fully understand what was being done and they were kind enough to answer them all.
Carlos worked with a deep sense of focus seamlessly moving from one area to the next-- breaker box, outlets, new power line etc. He did an amazing job moving some furniture with shelves of things I thought would fall, but did not, due to his steady focus. Jay was cheerfully doing several ceiling fans, switches and outlets, and basically a little bit of everything. He even comforted and gave some attention to our deaf kitty that had to be caged during the work to stay out from underfoot. Julian suited up and crawled under the house to install a new line and I heard no complaining about the dirty job, in fact he was cheerful when he came back in the house to check the progress from above. Chris was the outside breaker box worker which required some critical thinking to make it all work with the existing pole and workspace. He did a good job explaining the changes to me also. Sometimes things behind our walls or in the ceilings weren't laid out the way it was expected and creative solutions were needed. Joe had a solution to every problem that arose. At the end of the project Joe took the time to go through every single item that had been fixed and make sure everything on the list worked and was done properly and was to our liking. He gave lots of finishing touches and went above and beyond the scope of duty to be sure we were 100% happy before he left. Thank you Doctor Home Expert team! The Taylors

Chris and Mark were quick and professional. One of my circuits went out due to a faulty neutral they found the issue gave some options and got the work done!

I recently got my electrical panel upgraded. I had several quotes done with other companies but going with Doctor Home Experts was the best decision I could have made. Very enthusiastic and forthcoming. Joshua the wire technician was very knowledgeable and very focused in getting the job done to code, didn’t cut any corners and took the time to answer any question I had about the workings of the electrical panel. His co worker Sergio was very polite and focused on the task at hand in the installation process. They made a very good team together and got 5 stars in my book. I will definitely be reaching out to doctor home experts for any electrical work in the future.

Chris & Julian arrived on time at my home to evaluate my needs. They were both friendly & easy to talk with & explained what I would need & how much the charges would be. It was obvious they were both highly experienced. We called the office & scheduled the installation. I was very pleased with the visit & the company’s policies. I will use this company in the future.

I have used this company for electrical issues and had great service so tried them out for an issue with my air conditioner. Homer arrived on time and did a great job solving the problem. We used Doctor Home Experts to install our new smart exterior lights around our home. Not only did they send out a crew the vary next day. They did an excellent job. Especially Carlos, he took the time to show me how to download and how to use the app to control my new smart system. They even sent him back out back out a few days later when I was having an issue with one light. Carlos did everything he could to make sure I was happy with the service I received. If you're thinking of using Doctor Home Experts ... just do it! You will not regret it.

Jesus G was amazing. He was professional and on time! Jesus took special care and made sure to leave things better than he found it. Amazing!!!! These guys were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The two technicians who came to my home Chang and Gerardo were like wizards. I was worried that my family would struggle while they worked since the power had to be off my family just traveled a great distance to move in and the temp was hot ( we are not used to it yet), but these guys got the job done quick and quietly. Would definitely request them again.

This company recently did an electrical job for us. We originally met with Jose Padilla who set it up and worked with us to make sure everything got done and we were happy. We also had technician Carlos Chang work on our home and he went above and beyond. He communicated with us through the entire process to make sure we were aware of what was going on and how they fixed it. Ms. Tracy in the office was outstanding. I had my smoke detectors replaced. My Technician, Chris, was prompt, informed me of his arrival time, gave me an estimate, and expertly completed the job. I was as very pleased and will hire him for further projects.
