This team really knows their stuff. They worked quickly and delivered exceptional results.

Excellent service! They made sure everything was done perfectly and even finished ahead of schedule.

Fast, friendly, and the carpets dried quicker than expected.

This is the best flooring company in the area! We have rent houses and I have called on them since 1996. Always does a great job and backs up their work!

Love love love how professional they are. John has the best crew to get the job done. Came across Preferred Carpet while working property management and used him for work needed in mine and my parents home too.
Always a great job!

They did a great job and got stains out I thought were permanent.

My carpets haven’t looked this fresh in years. Highly recommend their services!

They even moved furniture to get underneath—something most companies skip. Five stars!

I’ll definitely be using Preferred Carpet Services again. Their work speaks for itself, and the results are incredible.

We're so happy with the service service received from preferred carpets service! The team was punctual, efficient, and did an excellent job. Our carpet looks fantastic, and the service was top notch

They don't back up their work. We had vynal plank flooring installed. The planks we're coming up all over the house. They claimed it was a moisture problem. Ok. Should they know this before they installed the floors? They did not do a moisture test before they installed the floors. We got the run around for 6 months. We finally said enough is enough. We paid over 5,000.00 for the floors. We got 2,000.00 back. Never do business with them.

I've tried different carpet cleaning services in the past, but Preferred Carpet Services is the best so far. They are effective, accountable and do a superb job.

Their products is original coz my carpet is looking new every day if water split on it is going to dry quickly and that's wonderful 👍
