Great customer service, Josh Gonzales was very professional and knowledgeable, explained the service and issues needing. I highly recommend and will be using in the future.

We had our bi-annual service provided today by Air Tech. Their Technician, Daniel, is absolutely the BEST!! Seriously, we rescheduled our appointment when we found out Daniel would not be the technician to do our bi-annual AC checks. He’s been coming to our home for many years and we are totally comfortable with him (the man) and his skills. We trust him completely! I’d highly recommend Air Tech of Pasadena (formerly Miles) and their technician, Daniel! If we could give more stars, we would. He deserves a hundred stars!

I would like to first start by saying that I receive multiple bids for our new unit. But it wasn't until Eric showed up and started asking me questions about the size of my house, hotspots, the exact square foot and was there any previous problems that we have that we wanted addressed. He ran a load analysis and he already knew the square foot of my home because he looked up the house on HCAD, so he showed up prepared. We discussed what I would like to have done and he went up in my attic and looked at what was up there then went outside and looked at the units we had. Then we discuss my options. He told me that my furnace was in good condition and that my duck work was great there was no problems with it and he didn't think it needed to be replaced. As you can imagine I was surprised because that's not what I have been told by other companies. He made the process very easy to understand so that I could make an educated decision.

The day of install I received an email stating that the installers were on their way. They showed up about 20 minutes later ready to work. They cleared a path and put tarps down all the way up my stairs and under the attic door. The man were friendly and very educated in their job. They did not mess around they started right to work and they worked til lunch and then went right back to work and worked till quitting time.

I very seldom write a review but I felt like they deserved one. I highly recommend and we definitely use again.

I initially called Air Tech Of Pasadena Formally Miles Ac on cleaning my air ducts and I appreciated Jason as he was professional and easy to speak with. He took the time to explain to me that some of my ductwork was old and that trying to clean it would be a disservice and proposed a reasonable solution for me to actually understand why I needed new ducks and laid it all out with photos and evidence to support his recommendations. I really like Air Tech Of Pasadena Formally Miles Ac they always deliver. This is my second time meeting Ricardo, he is knowledgeable and always professional. He previously did some duct cleaning work for me and the work was excellent. What I like most is the team communication, camaraderie and customer education.

Highly recommend!!! My technician Kane was wonderful!! I’ve only lived here for a little over 2 years and I’ve had 3 or 4 different companies look at my AC and they all said to just replace my AC units. Kane came and he was awesome he tuned up both my units and diagnosed what has been going on with them. He was done before I knew it. Kane was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He was straight forward about everything, about what was going on and what I needed unlike other companies here that give me the run around. Highly recommend and 100% always ask for KANE!!!

Glad to be an airtech customer- woke up to my outdoor ac fan unit not working- airtecu had a technician out within 2 hours. Justin was great, quick and professional, within 15 minutes he had identified the problem, and walked me through the repair needs and cost. Within another 15 he completed the repairs and had our system working great again. I had such a good experience which is really important in texas summer and fall. Having your ac go out is miserable so the response time, friendliness, and know how to get things done so quickly is so important, and I was extremely happy with our Technician Justin in all 3 of those categories. If you are dealing with an ac problem I cannot recommend airtech enough.

Called to get service to my unit for maintenance and the Air Tech person that assisted name is Kane and he was on time and very professional and friendly! He showed me all the pictures of unit and what needed to be serviced and gave detail of the work that will be done. Price was fair as I was not taking care of the unit as I should and hope this unit will last me a bit longer until I replace completely . Again big props to Kane as he was awesome! Once the job is done will post again and seems Air Tech of Pasadena looks out for their customers. Got good reviews for them so will see how nice of the job they will done for nice is complete

Great Service! Kane showed up pretty quick! He was professional and took the time to explain what he was doing step by step! Definitely will be keeping this number handy!

He and the others arrived early and worked hard for several hours. They did not leave until after 3:00 p.m. They cleaned up very well when completed and seemed to know what they were doing. Everything so far looks very nice and it is so cool in here. Thank you very much for everything.

Service was quick, informative, and efficient. Jaret was very nice, concise in explaining our issue and any concerns we should plan for in the future, and detailed in his report. Highly recommend.

I had a gentleman by the name of Jason McCord he was very nice and explained to me when I was trying to understand what was wrong with my ac. He was polite.

I bought my home 3 years ago as a 1st time home buyer. I don’t trust many people and the A/C I would say was put together as a “here’s a case of beer” moment. Air Tech, as a company has helped not only me but my family’s home get it running and cooling like it should. And for the 1st time I trust them to take care of my home.

Yesterday, Daniel was my Technician and he was awesome! Love that guy, he was transparent, didn’t try to sell me unnecessary things. Also, he helped me learn more about A/C’s in general. Air Tech has a good guy working for them and I look forward to many years of using them in the future!

I highly recommend Josh G for HVAC system repairs! He was professional, knowledgeable, and got our system running perfectly again. AirTech is lucky to have him!

Kirt Kincaid is absolutely trustworthy! Punctual! Very smart! Knows what he’s doing, and isn’t trying to “get one over on you” to make a sale! 💯 I refer anyone and everyone to him because he’s HONEST!
