I almost hesitate to rate this business, because it is so difficult to find a good plumber. Bruce responded quickly and arrived at the time he said. Excellent workmanship and professionalism at what seemed like a fair price. Top notch!!

My technician did a remarkable job of diagnosing and solving a problem with our piping. He explained to us the options we had to fix the issue and answered our questions. He was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and had the skills to get the job done right the first time. I would definitely recommend them.

Crawford Brothers Plumbing deserves a special mention. We recently moved into a new home and have encountered a slew of problems. I had a serious leak in my washer hookup and needed it repaired as soon as possible. Husband at work and father in law have already attempted to tighten them but with no success on the hookup. The plumber put in a little more elbow grease and fixed it for free. We will undoubtedly find a plumber for our new home in the coming days. Thank you once more, Jose!!

Extraordinary experience with the company. Bruce came over to fix a leak with our washer. They were there on time didn't have to wait around for the two hour window they gave. Fix the problem fast and also changed a few plates that was not needed nor did I request it. It was purely done to make the pipes look better. Great experience highly suggested if looking for a Plumber

These guys installed a new faucet in our kitchen. They were friendly and professional. They finished the installation very quickly and their charges were very reasonable. They also cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with the entire process and would definitely use them again.

Crawford Brothers Plumbing took care of my flooded basement from start to finish. They replaced my sump pump on a Sunday night and had everything cleaned up on Monday! The entire staff was friendly and very nice to work with. The crew helped to cover off on all of the insurance claim needed information as well. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent. Called and notified Crawford Brothers Plumbing in the morning of my situation, concerning the clog of my sewage drainage pipe. The customer service agent was very nice, respectful, and patient. Technician came on time and was also very respectful and informative. He gave tips on how to control and prevent this issue from occurring again, and in doing so he also kept me updated as he was doing the job. Will definitely recommend.

Our kitchen now has a new faucet thanks to these guys. They were professional and amiable. Their prices were really affordable, and they completed the installation in a very short amount of time. They also did their own cleanup. The entire procedure impressed me, and I would use them again without a doubt.

I contacted this company yesterday and was told they would be here between 4-7pm. At 830 pm they called me to tell me they were 45 minutes away. That would have had them arriving at 9:15pm. At 11pm they still had not arrived. I contacted them and they said they were an hour out. The following morning I found out they had completed 2/3rd's of the work but did send me an invoice for only 2/3rd's of the work. I called them back. The plumber told me he didnt have the part to complete the work but would be on his way to finish. He then said he would send a revised invoice for the full job. This was all at 830 in the morning. He expected to be here within the hour. Said he already had the parts he needed loaded on the truck. An hour and a half later, still no new invoice and he still didnt show up. I called and he didnt answer. I text and asked when he would be here. No response until 3 hours later. Only answered half of two questions. Told me at 1:45 that he would be back here within an hour. 2.5 hours later, still not here nor did he communicate in any way. Finally get a response. he told me he needed to reschedule until the next day. I tried calling the office. Found out they use an answering service. Answering service had a very unprofessional lady who should not be allowed to communicate with the public. Finally the plumber to get on the phone and he doesn't understand why any of the above in unprofessional. He then offered to cancel the rest of our work so I can find a plumber that will actually complete a job. Also had to remind him that he took two of our sink stoppers when he left. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
