All reviews for Impervious Roofing & Construction

My home needed a new roof and Impervious Roofing came out, provided a great quote and worked with TDI to provide a windstorm approved rated roof.

Impervious has performed work for me on both residential and commercial roofing, carports, gutters, exterior waterproofing, and paint. They are conscientious and perform good work. Highly recommended.

This company is just amazing! We had work done after Harvey (not finished or correct) and they came in and fixed the problems and finished out my house. My house looks amazing now due to their wonderful work. They even corrected a few things that weren't even in our contract. I could not be any more happy with the work they did for me! Thank you all so very much!

Contacted Tim and found out I had a water leak which caused my ceiling to cave in. Tim had his guys over to fix the room. They had the room fixed very fast and they did amazing work!! Couldn’t have asked for a better job to be done. Thanks Tim and your guys!!

Impervious did a great job adding large deck with metal roof to my home. Professionally done with quality craftsmanship that looks amazing. Would highly recommend and use them again for any future builds. Thanks!

I went around and called 10 company's for a roof quote. Out of the 10 people half did not pick up the phone or call back. The ones that did pick up 2 did not even come by or quote. What stood out about Impervious was that price was reasonable and he walked around with me and explained what was needed to be done. After we talked I was informed of the other services that he was able to perform he also helped me with a bathroom project which included plumbing and drywall. I am very happy with the results.

Impervious Roofing came out and installed our wooden privacy fence and we were very impressed with their work. From the initial walk thru, quoting process, installation and completion of the project they were thorough and very professional. Everyone from the company was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use them again!

Our HOA hired them to replace 4 roofs in Our community. They were quick, efficient, competively priced and they never left a single nail behind! Excellent communication and customer service. It was a pleasure working with them.

Impervious Roofing has helped me on two different projects. One was a remodel of a house with water damage, the other was roofing a garage and replacing soffits. The team at Impervious is easy to communicate with, follows through on commitments, and gets the job done. These days it can be hard to find a contractor with integrity. I will continue to work with Impervious and would recommend them to others.

Impervious Roofing really came through for us to fix a unique home ventilation issue. We had moisture intrusion which was affecting a portion of our 2nd floor indoor areas. Tim and Roger did an outstanding job that was second to none in determining cause and then helping us fix it , with roof work and also with interior sheet rock, insulation and interior painting efforts. Their work ethic and craftsmanship are second to none, and I would recommend them for any roof OR any interior home remodel or repair efforts; as they are just that good and very professional. I cannot say enough for their efforts and how they helped us solve a unique ventilation issue in our home's design.

Just got my roof replaced this is a great business they helped me with all my questions they cleaned up their mess they are awesome I love my new roof they matched everything to the house they are very friendly I highly recommend them

Tim and his company were easy to work with, prompt, professional and courteous. Their prices were reasonable and there were no surprises when the work was complete. My roof was installed in April and held through the recent tornado while many of my neighbors lost many shingles or portions of their roofs. Thank you Impervious Roofing!

These guys are great at their job, and even better people. They did a great job on our roof and siding and worked with our insurance.

Complete Bathroom Remodel
Impervious Roofing & Construction is not just another roofing contractor. This company just remodeled our master bathroom and did a super incredible job. Took a bit longer than we anticipated, but the wait was well worth it. We were very pleased with their price, professionalism, integrity, and attention to every detail. Couldn't ask for a better experience in working with a contractor. Looking forward to our next project with them.

I cannot say enough, great things about this company from the very beginning of them showing up with a organized crew all the way to our hidden leak that no one could fix after lots of money through every contractor we have been through. We came across impervious Roofing. Tim and his crew, fixed our leak.Along with a beautiful new roof. I highly highly recommend this company for your roofing and construction needs.

Impervious roofing is the company that all others should strive to copy. Wonderful people to deal with — honest, dependable, quality work and materials, craftsman type installation, and the people involved could not be more courteous. When the roof is done the crew stays around to clean up, use magnets to find ALL nails in the yard, in flower beds, on walk ways and on the drive way. Everyone is courteous, pleasant, willing to answer questions. And in case you are wondering, I am not related to anyone in this company. I am just a very satisfied customer extremely pleased with the results.
The final bill was the same as quoted in the contract, no surprise additions.
Tim, thank you for an enjoyable, stress free, turn key experience.

Tim and his crews are top-nothch!
I had ALL SORTS of work done by Tim and his guys - from removing old, out-dated paneling to creating a beautiful, new, walk-in shower. They came through for me in a big way with new sheet-rock, siding, and painting. They even made repairs to my property where it had been damaged by an outside plumber!!
If asked, I would rank the level of trust I have with him AND his crews as the highest possible level.
His interactions with me were always prompt and pleasant. I appreciated that he sent me updates as the projects were progressing.
It was super easy to make payments since he accepts credit cards!!

We called Impervious to do something about the uneven patio surface that retained pools of water after rain. Impervious painstakingly removed our large tiled patio surface, cleaned out all debris and exposed bare concrete underneath the removed tiles. Then, the techs ground the uneven concrete to make a smooth, levelled flat surface. Next, they very carefully installed new tiles. Now we have a tiled patio that completely drains water without any accumulation.

Their people did not take any shortcut, spent a lot of time to do the job right. We are happy customers!

Tim Sullivan and Roger Clemons were very professional, courteous and caring about the well being of my needs. They never hesitated to call or text to give me updates on the repair of my roof. I only had a 4x4 area of my roof that needed to be replaced but they treated me with the utmost respect and concern of a complete roof replacement. I thought that with my initial phone call that one of the workers would have come out to give me a quote but it was the big Kauna Tim and Roger. This company is top notch and great communication with the entire crew I dealt with. They are my superhero’s! If you want your work done right, call Impervious Roofing. They are also very sweet to their seniors and I appreciate it. Great job guys. I will definitely pass the word to my friends.

We had several major construction projects that needed to be done to move to our new property. A multi-use 12x40 shed/home office, a large RV cover 18 ft wide x 18 ft tall and 60 ft long, with a custom deck that fits against the RV, an 8x8 well house, and a front yard fence. All of these projects were completed on time by crews that were very responsive to our needs and adjustments. The owners regularly came by and checked the project and remained in constant contact. It was a great overall experience, and I would highly recommend this company.

We had a fence done. We also had damaged wall in the house. Replaced the brickwork & closed up the house. Then the electrical had to be replaced. Next they did the drywall & painting. Lastly they replaced the flooring.the workers were amazing polite and cared about the quality of their work. Can’t say enough about them. We were kept up to date on each step that needed done. 10 out of 10 is my opinion!
