I have used this business for the past 8 years. Walter is not only reasonable with his fees, but he is very knowledgeable. We bought a new home 4 years ago and Walter has found several things the builder has done wrong with our new a/c unit. One of which was the builder dry walling one of the returns. I have referred this business to all of my family and friends who also use Walter for all their a/c needs. The best part of using this company is the honesty and professionalism.

Walter and his partner did an excellent job. Installed a brand new evap coil and plenum chamber. Very competitive pricing and great quality workmanship. He explained everything in detail and was very clean and tidy. Definitely will be using Walter and Stalwart again.

I contacted Stalwart Mechanical Services because my AC was not cooling. I received a call back within 30 minutes. The technician Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to add me to the schedule on a Saturday, he kept me updated on the progress of the work. I received exceptional customer service from Mike and he explained in detail what caused my AC to stop cooling. I would definitely refer Mike and his company to family and friends!

Walter and his partner did very good work. After they are done, I have someone gave me an estimate on attic insulation. The attic insulation guy checked the attic and made a comment, "Whoever did you AC did a very good job." Walter is a trustworthy guy. I highly recommend them.

I've used Stalwart a few times now, both at home and my business. I have had a very good experience with them on each occasion. Their dispatcher is friendly and helpful, the technition (Walter) is knowledgeable and professional, and their pricing is fair. Their quotes beat a few other big names in town. I will continue to use Stalwart Mechanical for my air conditioning and HVAC service needs, and I would highly recommend them to anybody else.

I first used Stalwart to repair and maintain an older AC unit for 2 years. We recently purchased a new Trane System from them. The install was very clean and above and beyond when it came to quality. I will continue to use their services. Thank you Ato and Walter for great service!

I highly recommend Stalwart for their professionalism. Ato was a great help when we had to replace our A/C and furnace. He was always willing to answer our questions, and will definitely do business again in the future. He was also able to come out to our house on very short notice when we were having A/C and heater issues prior to replacing them. A+ for fantastic service.

I used many A/C service companies because of my professional needs. Mr. Walter is definitely one of the best. I like his honest and straight forward attitude about the diagnose and repair option. So the owner can make an educated choice. The job is very well done. I do recommend him for A/C service.

Wow, incredibly impressed. Great guys and fantastic service. My AC gave up on a 100 degree Saturday, called in the morning and they were able to fix same day no problem and no overtime rate. Would have had to wait till Monday at twice the price with other people I had called.

Stalwart was just at my home to do a routine maintenance on one of my air conditioners and I had an issue with the balance of heat within the rooms in the house and Mike was able to correct the issue. Let me tell you, if you have any problems with A/C or Heating don’t look further than “STALWART”. Their team are great ,be it Geoff or Mike…Mike C. will do the best he can to get the job done…He’s reasonable and transparent…Top shelf as far as I’m concerned.

This company is great! I highly recommend them. They came on short notice and fix our repair quickly. The repairman Ato was a very nice man and honest. This was the first time we have had a AC repair job done and didn't feel the company took advantage of us. He went over and beyond. He also made recommendations for the future. I will refer anyone to us them.

I have used Stalwart twice in two months now. First time was to replace the evaporator coil and plenum in my attic and second was to troubleshoot a power issue to my compressor (bad circuit breaker). Both times, the techs showed up on time or earlier than promised. Everyone at the company has picked up the phone each time I have called. They are all very nice people. I especially want to thank Walter who always answers my technical questions with a smile. Stalwart is my go-to for HVAC work from now on.

Transparent and honest!

Called a few AC repair companies. All were less than forthcoming with quote details. From the admin staff to the manager to the rep who came out - Stalwart were straight shooters and professional.

Ended up using them based on responsiveness, candidness, timeliness, and value.

I had a very good experience with Stalwart Mechanical Services. A couple of days ago, my ac went out. I searched and found Stalwart and read all of the positive reviews regarding their service. Ato was very helpful and knowledgeable and repaired what another company didn't even touch three years ago. He showed me what he was doing throughout the process and I appreciated that. I highly recommend their services whenever you have a need.

Walter was very efficient and reliable. I had received 3 quotes from other a/c companies that were inflated. Stalwart provided the best quote so I was able to get a better unit at a fair price. They paid attention to detail, were on time and after installing unit, they did a thorough clean up. I highly recommend Walter and Stalwart Mechanical.

The on-call technician named Otto went out of his way to ensure my comfort during an unexpected loss of air conditioning through the weekend. Not only was his arrival prompt, and work thorough and efficient. But he found that the issue was electrical and instead of saying there was nothing he could do, he bypassed the problem. Getting my air conditioning back online immediately within 10 minutes of his arrival! I highly recommend this technician.

As others here have stated, Stalwart Mechanical Services is top class in every way. Both Ato and Walter are professional, punctual, friendly, very knowledgeable, willing to educate you on what the problem was, why it broke, and how they will fix it, and their services are fairly priced. Their scheduler/office manager is also kind and friendly and works with you in finding a speedy time to have someone come to you and address the issue. I have used Stalwart for both my business and my home and would not use anyone else. Big thanks to both Ato and Walter for the help and the education. These guys have integrity - an extremely valuable trait in today's society. Don't hesitate to use their services.

Ato Mensah with Stalwart did an amazing job today when we needed our A/C fixed very quickly. I called very early this morning when we noticed it went out and he had it fixed before 10am the same day! All prices and services were very clear and Ato was very friendly, straightforward and efficient. We highly recommend him!

As a result of dealing with American Home Shield and a contractor they sent out to repair my ac units, i decided to get a second opinion through Stalwart. The team was informative, honest, and professional. I canceled my home warranty and purchased a condenser unit and maintenance plan from Stalwart. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Awesome service! I called early morning, and Geoff promptly came over to diagnose my unit. He found the issue within minutes and helped me get a new condenser fan motor using the manufacturer's warranty. He got my AC up and running within the same day I called out. These guys are life savers in this Houston heat.
