Great company. Had my pool built by them and couldn't be Happier. Steven was very professional and upfront about everything the whole way. Anytime I had a question or concern he answered his phone and even came by to show me exactly what was going to happen next. From the estimating phase to the construction I was informed the whole time of the cost and timeline of my pool being completed. Couldn't be happier with my selection of pool companies. This is the second pool I've had built by them wouldn't go anywhere else.

Built a metal raised platform for the equipment. The experience was great. Although there was a delay in getting the parts, Steven kept me informed and brought a temporary filter for the pool during the process. I am very pleased with the final product. Solid work. Highly recommended.

Our five-year goal was to construct an inground pool. During this time, I thoroughly researched builders, high-quality equipment, and signs of unreliable contractors. I obtained bids from seven builders and ultimately chose to work with Steve. This decision has been nothing short of extraordinary. The dig date was April 5th, and by May 10th, we were already swimming. The entire process was so seamless that I am still amazed. Steve was present every day to oversee the project from beginning to end. He answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial, and seemed to anticipate every need as though he could read my mind. I called Southern Texas Pools on a Wednesday to ask them for a quote for a new heater. They installed it Friday (after saying it would be the next week which seemed more than reasonable). They were also thousands cheaper than my previous quote for the exact same heater. Thousands. Could not be happier! They have a new customer for life.

Steven hired us to build an enclosure for one of his pool projects.

From the start his communication was excellent, detail oriented and did everything he said he would. The pool he built was a great design, the spa transition was very nice and the custom lounge seats in the shallow end were great.

I had issue with critters in my pool having a pool party and using it for a restroom. Once I got the critters situation resolved, I was not gonna take any chances of contamination in my pool. Called Steve and within a few hours, had my pool drained sanitized with a an acid and freshwater is now entering my pool.
Got new filters new pool equipment, new baskets, new everything. What price would you pay to have a health free pool? You don’t need to have a critter problem to call Steve should you have any issues….I highly recommend him and his crew, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, outstanding customer service, which I’m big on. my pool is 20 years old. Look at the pictures. It looks brand new. no matter what job you need big, small, new, or old pool ….give Steven a shout out to answer your questions. You won’t be disappointed.
