Honest straight forward guys, came and looked at my unit and replaced everything that day... cleaned the parts that didn't need to be replaced and ac is blowing colder than it ever has.....definitely worth more than the 5 stars I gave him!!!!

Mr. Brummell came out on Saturday afternoon and knew in just a few minutes what the problem was. Fixed it and was only here about 30 minutes. He also identified a potential future issue and corrected it while he was at it. Super personable and very nice.

Wonderful customer service! Very efficient and knowledgeable as well as honest. I'm thankful he could fix the old ch/ca in my double wide, most wouldn't even attempt it and quoted me pricing to just replace it! They also worked with me on a payment plan. Highly recommend!!

Very happy with the service. Called today and was told they would be out in about a hour and a half. He was here before that, repaired my AC and was gone within 2 and 1/2 hour from first call. I would highly recommend Brummell and happy to give 5 Stars.

Brummell came on a holiday and replaced my whole unit, after going 5 days without A/C, and having them show up early the morning of installation, was awesome. We have used them for several years, and will continue to use them. They are great people and very helpful.

We've dealt with them for various issues and they've always been as prompt as possible, were able to quickly diagnose the problem, and fixed the problems for a fair price. Nothing has ever seemed questionable and we've never felt overcharged. It's nice to find honest people you can trust.

This company used to be the best HVAC service in and around Titus, Camp, Franklin, and Morris counties. I had tried nearly every HVAC company in the area before discovering Brummell’s, and I was always left dissatisfied I'm torn writing this. For years, Brummell’s was the only company I'd call. They were my heroes—they literally rescued an AC unit that two other companies had declared "dead." One wanted a complete changeout for a "fried board," another charged me $275 to misdiagnose a "blockage" and call my Ecobee junk.

Brummell’s arrived in less than 24 hours (during peak season!), fixed the unit in an hour, and only charged the service call. They brought back to life what others deemed irreparable.

However, my recent experiences have been the complete opposite. They left an old plenum in the attic, complained about the job, and—most importantly—couldn't find a persistent leak after two visits. They charged me for refrigerant but didn't seem willing to do the thorough investigation to find the root cause.

I'm leaving three stars out of respect for their past integrity. I hope they can return to their former standard of excellence. It's still worth calling them for a second opinion, but my recent experiences have been sloppy and disappointing.

The seller had this company service the ac before we bought the house and moved in! This is what we found after taking the cover off! These pictures tell the rest of the story. The ac still doesn't work!
