He replaced something in my washing machine. After he was gone, I used it and it still clicks between cycles, but it doesn’t make that noise during the cycle so I’m very happy with what he did.

JaVodka was amazing! He checked everything and made sure that I understood what to do. He was very kind and patient. He was just what we needed.

Noah was personable and showed professionalism in his repair of our fridge. We were happy with the work that he did for us.

The technician arrived on time, correctly diagnosed our dryers problem, replaced the failed components, and completed the job in less than 1 hour. I would use this service again and welcome seeing Tony, our technician again.

Noah took the time to listen to the issues with the fridge and after 11 service calls he finally determined that everything had been done to repair and replace parts and was finally able to declare the fridge unfixable. The last Sears technician had declared it unfixable and then told the warranty company it was fine. We are thankful that Noah was finally able to get us the determination that should have been declared months ago.

Scott did a great job working with his team to determine the root cause of our refrigerator issue. Part was ordered, and he came out the day after we received it.

Extremely helpful in resolving the issue with GE. He went over and above to assist us to see that the repairs were made according to the warranty. Noah truly exhibits customer service.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He stayed until the job was completed and he left my kitchen clean.

Hussein did a good job with the repair on our Electrolux washer. However, we have problems with the fact that there is no mention of a phone number that allows us to speak to a live person. The telephone menu system that's in use, is set up to only allow the answers that Sears Home Services wants and if one doesn't give that particular answer, the Sears Home Services phone menu system hangs up on you. This is not good and would be a major reason to discontinue service with Sears Home Services. Also, once one has made contact with Sears Home Services, one starts receiving, various text message from different numbers. This is extremely annoying!! Because of the way their system works, I would not be inclined to giving Sears Home Services a referral.

Tony was awesome, prompt, courteous and very helpful in performing our annual maintenance on LG washer and dryer. Would highly recommend.

My technician was efficient, knowledgeable & very personable. He installed my ice maker in no time. He told me that not having a filter meant I do not have filtered water. The previous technician took the filter out & left it out leaving me with unfiltered water. I hope I'm nearing the end of the unending repairs of this refrigerator that I don't even like. I'll soon be wishing I had gotten a whole new refrigerator as this one is a complete disappointment.

Timing and friendliness were great, however you should check and see if a part is available before coming to the homeowner's house. If I had known that the part was unavailable and hard to get, I would have cancelled the appointment and bought a new refrigerator and added the almost $200 of the cost to the purchase of a new refrigerator. it turns out the part I needed was extremely rare and otherwise can't be found. So, I will still need to get a new refrigerator. UPDATE 9/20/24. I found a part on eBay. It was delivered today. Called Sears and they sent out a tech today, installed & ran a diagnostic on it to assure it was running. Said I shud have ice by morning. Now that is what I call GOOD Customer Service and no additional charge.🥰🥰

The technician changed the motor that circulates the water in my disher washer. It was a difficult task. He completed it with great skill. He tested the dishwasher and cleaned the area. Before he left he gave me quick lesson on how to prevent problems and get the best results.
