ICO LLC did an amazing job on our 1st floor renovation!! I had heard contractor horror stories and had one of my own. ICO LLC blows that stereotype away. We renovated the kitchen, master bath, guest bath, stairs, and all hardwood floor refinishing. Communication was prompt, clear and concise. They always made sure the choice/decisions were clear and documented.

We had our shower remodeled by ICO Construction & Remodeling, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Or was in charge of the project, and his attention to detail really stood out. From the beginning, communication was excellent, and he explained every step clearly. Or helped guide us through the process and made sure everything was done exactly the way we envisioned. The new shower looks modern, clean, and beautifully finished. The quality of work is exceptional, and you can tell they truly care about delivering the best results. The project was completed efficiently, and there were no surprises along the way. Or made sure everything was done professionally and on schedule. ICO construction did an excellent job of renovating four full bathrooms in our house. They completed all the work ahead of schedule - schedules were made such that not even an hour was wasted in a day. Communication was excellent. Any time we sent a message, we got a response within few minutes. They fixed all issues that we found after the work was completed. They also offered credit for the work they quoted
but was not needed. They offer one year warranty for their work. People who did the work are very skilled at what they do. Tiling, painting work that was done is outstanding. At the end of each day, the work area was cleaned up. Ilia and Or - the company co owners care deeply about the work they do and they want to see their customers happy. We highly recommend them for all remodeling projects.

Great job! Good experienced guy were accommodating to the dogs in the house and work schedules. They produced a beautiful product with minimal issues. Highly recommended.

I can't praise ICO Construction & Remodeling enough. They took a thirty plus year old Fox and Jacob broken down kitchen & turned it into a beautiful, bright, & functional highlight of our home. ICO was very professional and accommodating. My wife kept adding things to her want list and they did it, completely realizing her vision.
