Recent visit to carpet installation desk. Fantastic and knowledgable person there name Jeri. Knew what we needed, helped up pick carpet and set up a very quick installation. Best person I have ever dealt with at HD. Good installation, we are installing again. Thank you Jeri!

Good customer service

Friendly but didn't have a replacement for something that broke. They didn't have the color. But they refunded my card

Normally I get great service but recently I paid for a flooring quote and it's been two weeks, two phone calls and a store visit and still nothing.

I can never get any help here. The employees I've interacted with act like I am bothering them, and forget about asking you if you need assistance

Called customer service because I needed some help to look up something on my pro account was told and i quote, "cannot look that up for you right now I have a long line" if you cant help or transfer me to someone that can why bother answer the phone.
