Used Bob several times to change out the circuit breaker, put in LED lights, add dimmer switches, grounded outlets for kitchen and bathrooms. Always prompt and reasonably priced.

Had two ceiling fans installed and wall switch changed out for remote control. Bob did a professional job and explained in detail his installation method. Can't be more pleased with the outcome. Fair price and professional electrical work by a Master Electrican!

The electrician named Lawrence was extremely helpful! He walked me through the electrical issue, showed me how repairs had previously been done in my house, and fixed the issue. I would request him if you choose BW.

I was working on a remodel project in Plano and developed some electrical issues that required more expertise than what I had. I called GBW, Bob said he could be there in 20 minutes. He did indeed arrive on time went right to work assessing the situation. When he was done I was extremely satisfied with his workmanship. He went to great lengths to make sure the job was done right and that we understood what he was doing and why. He does things the right way. Bob is a very respectful, courteous and trustworthy person. He is, in my book, the best. Thank you Bob for a job well done. I’ll be calling you again. God Bless.

I found Bob Woodard, Master Electrician and owner of GBW Electric, through Google when searching for an electrician in my area. I had called a couple other places and never actually got to talk to an electrician, it was just receptionists who never called me back. When I called GBW Electric, Bob answered and to my surprise he was able to come out to my house within an hour of calling! He installed an outlet for my new gas hot water heaters which have electric ignition, and his work was very timely and pricing seemed fair. He could've charged me more and I'd likely have paid it, just because he's a great guy to talk to with a ton of stories! You can tell when you've got a professional doing the job by their demeanor - Bob is a true Master Electrician - look no further!

My technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer questions and provide education. The technician made repairs quickly and thoroughly. Price reasonable.

Breco is a master electrician. He solved four electrical issues for me in less than an hour. He had all the parts he needed in his van and was very efficient as long as I didn't distract him with conversation.

No Show, 3 separate times!

After using him for my business successfully 1 time, he did not arrive for a scheduled Service call the next time. Called to reschedule again, left a voicemail and never returned my call. 2 years later we tried again, and same issue. Yesterday (2 years after last attempt to use him unsuccessfully) I called, and was told it would be around 3-4 pm before he could make it out and to text him the address. Sent it over within minutes of hanging up, no text back, and no showed again!

If you need great reliable service, call someone else!

I worked with many people to renovate my home. I have the worst experience with
*(breco) * Very inflexible in work. I just asked him to wait 10 minutes for me because I was at my school to pick up my daughter he called me 3 times and texted me just for 2-3 minutes waiting
I am not satisfied with his behavior at all. He even refused to help my wife to move the refrigerator to the extent of checking the electrical outlet. Without asking me, he entered our house and carpets with dirty shoes. I have a very bad experience with this person.
