Didn't know this place existed until today. But I'm glad I do now. Great customer service from the gentlemen up front. Seemed to have a decent selection. Comparable to other electrical suppliers in the area by appearance, but I wasn't waiting forever just to get a breaker. I would definitely recommend this place based on my first visit. Thank you CES of Plano!

The oven died and it's cookie baking season. We have a backup range but no circuit for it. We're going to set it up temporarily in a few months for the kitchen remodel, but needs must! Gotta do it now! City electric was ready on a Saturday with all the parts I needed to get the kitchen back in action. And good advice too!

These guys are my favorite branch! George is branch manager and is amazing at getting questions answered and solutions quickly! Josh runs the counter has great product information and what I like if he doesn’t know something he won’t lie to me... but will get me what I need. They get the bulk of my business and I hope to keep it that way for the future!

I purchased a Siemens INDUS QF250A on March 19 for the breaker box next to my hot tub. I finally found someone to put the part in but when they did, it did not fix the problem. It was immediately removed and placed back in the original box. When I attempted to return the $115 part they refused because it had been plugged in for less than a minute. The part was in the original box and had all the original material in the box. I think this is very poor customer service. Now I have this part and nothing I can do with it. Very disappointed.
