Helping people out is clearly their top priority. Owner came out to help us with a repair outside of normal business hours and we couldn't be more thankful.

Technician came to my house in the summer of 2010 and installed a fan motor. I didnt relaize it until January of 2013 when it stopped working that it was the wrong motor. They actually came out in February and installed a new motor and after testing they found out it wasnt the motor but the the capapcitor that was bad. They went ahead and installed the new motor and put on a new capapcitor as well. The best part was that it was no additional charge.

Troy was very knowledgeable and professional. I will always call B&B for help with my AC and Heating.
