I'm not very knowledgable about A/C systems and tend to be wary of being overcharged or oversold, but Matt was really straightforward with me on what issues with my system were important to deal with now or fine to leave for later. He was conscious of my budget and didn't pressure me into doing anything, even the recommended services. Ultimately, I felt confident that I could trust his expertise and it's one less thing for me to worry about as a homeowner. I'll be calling him the next time I need help with my A/C.

Matt went above and beyond to troubleshoot our AC unit to figure out the root cause. It’s so dang hot outside in the Texas heat and he happily spent time outside and in the attic working to resolve the problem. Matt arrived right on time, was very friendly, and did a great job! He was able to address my concern of the unit running too loudly and patched some holes in the attic ducts. He was very informative about what he did and what may need to be done in the future and took time to ask if I had any other concerns or questions. I will definitely call him again.

Highly recommend Hearthstone for any HVAC work! We had an emergency pop up with our A/C, and Matt was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it same week. He even set us up with a window unit to stay cool until he could come out. Great company and easy to do business with! I’ll be using them for any future HVAC needs and preventative maintenance.

Highly recommend. I'm new to the area and finding service people can be tricky. Matt from Hearthstone Heat & Air was great. I took him for a maintenance call because I think the owners before me never serviced the unit. He didn't try to push or sell anything. Told me exactly was he was going to do and gave me options to make future visits easier. I had one vent that wasn't really cooling and he wanted to try something. He offered to only charge me if it worked. It did and it was well worth the extra charge.

Matt Bruner from Hearthstone Heat and Air checked my AC unit thoroughly and found a deceased fan motor and that some Freon had escaped. He efficiently replaced the fan motor and diligently searched for the source of the leak. He topped off the Freon after asking me carefully whether I didn’t want to consider replacing my 25 year old AC unit. I trust Matt’s judgement and his keeping my best interest in mind at all times. He will be my first and only call in the future for AC issues.
