I cannot recommend this company enough. They are super responsive, professional, and so very honest. They do not try to pressure you into buying things that you do not need, and they quickly fixed my broken a/c unit in the middle of the horrible heat wave. They are knowledgeable and informative. They will be my go-to company from now on.

I had an A/C issue that was becoming more and more annoying by the minute. I called one company and never heard back. I called Steven and he was at my house in 45 minutes. He was professionally dressed, respected my home, fixed the issue and the price was fair. He also gave me a short, medium and long term proposal for future changes. He's my new AC guy!

A couple of days before the bitter cold we had in February 2021 I called to get an estimate for a new furnace (the old one was unrepairable, it had a cracked heat exchanger). What we needed was determined quickly and accurately; we scheduled the installation for the next day. The crew arrived on time, installed the new unit perfectly with the utmost of professionalism and courtesy. In addition, I also feel that the unit recommended was a good choice.Great job, great service and great knowledge of heating and a/c.
In June 2021 it was determined that we needed a new capacitor for our a/c condenser since it had stopped running. Same story - punctual, competent, and professional.
I think of this company as having master level technicians in their field. If you call them they will determine the problem, recommend the correct solution and fix the problem.

I called Hesse air conditioning and heating on the first day of our ice storm. All of the larger companies had closed completely but I had lost heat to my home and needed someone to come right away. Steven came out so quickly after I reached out to him and was able to get our heat going again. His prices were very reasonable and his service was excellent.

Steven came out to investigate my heating issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem, implemented a temporary fix and was back two days later with new part and got me taken care of. Then I asked if he installed Nest thermostats. Without hesitation, he said yes and set them up! He's really good...responsive, honest and personable. Don't hesitate to call him. You won't regret it.
