Very professional and straight forward. Fixed my HVAC system by doing proper diagnosis. The other two guys took money and fixed wrong things and costed my twice the amount. Highly recommend Mr Bledar for any such repair work.

Bledar was quick and well-priced. He communicated every step and showed us what was happening with our AC system issue and replaced our condenser motor the same day.

Purchased a 12,000 BTU Mitsubishi mini split , they had the best price but equally important good reviews and no complaints with BBB. As soon as unit arrived he quickly installed the unit , very professional and clean, I am very happy with the install and unit and overall experience. Highly recommend

They took the time to address all my concerns and gave solid advice on thermostat placement and why proper airflow matters. We also talked through the cooling issues in my living room, and they explained that adding an additional air vent would make a big difference, especially since some airflow was being lost in the attic.

Kd air comfort is unbelievable. They came and replaced my hvac system in 1 day. Everything is working perfectly. They did a wonderful job . Everything clean in level and a hanged perfectly in the attic. Highly recommend. Thank you for your service Bledar.

First, Bledar is a legit technician who goes the extra mile to get things right and takes pride in his work.
Our AC was 18 years old and starting to have problems. The outside unit was replaced by Bledar 2 years ago and the unit in my attic was starting to give me problems. I contacted him to replace it before the Texas heat came.
Bledar and his team showed up on time at 8am and got to work. At about 1pm he had me go up into the attic as he showed me all the details on his installation including adding more supports, more insulation and an upgraded 2 layer exhaust tube.

Bledar did a thorough job cleaning the outside condenser units for our bank. They have not been cleaned in a long time. Now the a/c units can breathe.
