We own and operate a chain of restaurants In DFW. Vent Tech is our vendor for installation and maintenance of our ventilation equipment. Without a doubt, they are the best. They go above and beyond to give great advice, friendly and timely service, and the best prices we have found for our needs. I highly recommend Vent Tech if you want a great experience.

The owner of the company visited the job site on a Tuesday and said he would get a quote together. I called and texted him the same Friday to get a timeline. He finally responded on that Sunday. I asked him when he would have a quote. He told me he had to get with his electrician, and I asked when...he said he didn't know. He said he had to show the electrician photos of the job to get an accurate quote, but said he hadn't sent the electrician the photos and didn't know when he could. I asked him when this would happen and he said he didn't know, and then told me that I shouldn't bother him on his day off and then cussed at me...but he texted me on Sunday and then attacked me for bothering him on his day off??? He's a joke of an owner who runs a joke of a company who can't communicate and can't even give quotes.
