We were facing a very tight timeline challenge to prep home for sale. Precision’s pricing was right on the market and committed to our schedule. As promised they did an excellent job and, with extended hours, got it done exactly in the time promised.
The caveat: an emergency requiring additional repair/paint due to water leak was taken care of immediately. They worked well into the evening and didn’t price gouge at all. Saved the deal! First potential buyers loved our home. Bought it the next day.

Due to direct sunlight & previous staining in a darker color, the outside of our front door no longer matched the inside. Saw their work on social media so I decided to reach out. From the moment I did, Miguel was very responsive & professional. He let me know what options were available & the pricing, which was fair. I chose to have the previous stain stripped; the door re-sanded, re-stained, & re-sealed. After 8 hours Laura brought our front door back to life. It’s like we have a brand new door again. We Words can’t express how amazing their work is. Highly recommend!

My door looks amazing! They did a phenomenal job sanding and refinishing the door. It looks brand new again! Very prompt service, they get you in as soon as possible, and clean up the mess. If it wasn’t for the beautiful door, you’d never know they were there!

Just got our door sanded and stained! Beautiful results! Initially, after completing, there were a few spots needing attention. Miguel promptly addressed the issue the same day.

Setting up an apt was easy and the work is amazing! My door looks brand new and really changes the appearance of my house. They did an awesome job! Will be calling them when I need another paint job done.
