I urgently needed gutter repair for the rainy season. Dwell was very responsive, came out quickly, and made the process easy and efficient. They were so personable and informative at every step. I am so delighted with the work they did, I've been recommending them to friends and family!

The work was done by two experienced crews, especially the "lead men" who had the strength and the youth for "roof repair". When the work was completed, I checked the attic right after the next rain and the leaks were gone.
The gentleman that did the initial estimate, Josh deLa Rosa, was very knowlegeable and you could tell that he had a good deal of experience in roof repair techniques .
The only difficulty I had was working with the office and setting a definite date and time for repair crews to arrive. The office does the scheduling but could never tell me if I was "on the schedule". After making a phone call, we got that problem fixed.

After a storm damaged our roof, I contacted Dwell to come give us an estimate. They responded promptly. Jacob was sent out to inspect the damage, and then he began working with our insurance to help us get a new roof. I appreciated Jacob’s patiently explaining the process to me and his professional and courteous manner. He made the whole process move along smoothly. I’m happy to recommend Dwell with five stars.

I had a great experience with my re-roof and window replacement. I worked with JR Riveria who I found to be very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I would recommend them.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Kelly at Dwell Roofing. We were gathering quotes from various roofers in our area that had stellar reviews and Dwell Roofing was at the top of our list. The project manager that came out, Kelly, was extremely professional, on time and more importantly honest. His straight forward responses were appreciated and very informative. I worked with a guy named Josh D. who was patient and explained everything to me regarding having our gutter replaced; he was super professional and knowledgeable and willing to work with us on our "small" job. I will be coming back to this business for future work due to their work ethic. They were also able to get us to the top of the list scheduled and work completed right away. Thanks again Josh. Did I mention the costs were super reasonable too? A+++

Had a great experience with Dwell Roofing from day 1 when we reached out to get a quote. We had a prompt reply to our request and were told that our contact would out to inspect our roof and meet with us. Andrew Griggs with Dwell Roofing was on time, listened to us and took time to look at everything. He was with us every step of the way and was so helpful with the insurance part as well. He kept us informed along the way and everything happened exactly how it was planned to. Andrew came out the day the roof installers were here to inspect the work. Everything went like clockwork. I'm extremely happy with the work done and team at Dwell Roofing. They fixed several issues causing water damage to the soffit and fascia of the home. Added gutters and paint. J.R. Rivera was great to work with and everything was done to my satisfaction. Great job!

We received superb service from Andrew and his team. They did an impeccable cleanup job on our lawn! As our Mom use to tell us clean as you go, they did exactly that! Andrew held a very professional and knowledgeable conversation with my spouse and that meant a lot to me when working with contractors. He listened to us as well and offered professional advise. I recently had few services from Dwell Roofing.
1. My roof is fairly new, I just had few shingles fallen off. I had Dwell inspect my roof and fix\replace the fallen shingles.
2. Had my kitchen water damaged fixed, and painted the entire kitchen.
3. Replaced my entrance door with a new door.

Dwell team are professional, on time and as expected.
On top of that, I agree with other reviews talking about their fair estimates and pricing

I have been working with Jacob from Dwell Roofing. The communication has been great from the start. If I have any questions and concerns during the process, it has been addressed promptly and honestly. We had our roof done last week and the roofing crew was by far one of the more professional crews I have encountered. They worked swiftly but at the same time the roof was done in an organized manner. They worked hard to make sure they weren't too intrusive since I was working at home. They are still currently working on fixing the other issues and I expect it to be an easy process from here on out. I would definitely recommend contacting Jacob if you want a professional roofing company with great communication.

Great experience with Dwell roofing and especially Josh. He was very responsive. Shared in great detail what I could expect and also worked with my scheduling conflicts. I’ve added Josh and the company to my contacts for my gutter and roofing needs.

Dwell was great, they performed two repairs for us due to a roof leak and siding damage due to squirrel's. Shortly after completing those two jobs, we were hit with a second roof leak on a bay window from the DFW May storms. Jantzen was excellent at coming out very quickly with a temporary solution, and then later at completing the permanent repairs. They we're even able to recommend someone for drywall repair for the interior. Overall, we've had a great experience and have recommended them to friends.

Due to the recent 76 mph windstorm, a section of my roof was exposed because the tiles were blown away. Jesse, the owner, personally covered the exposed area immediately and, after approval, sent his crew to replace the missing tiles. They did a thorough job. Jesse and his crew are professional, honest, and reasonable. Consequently, Dwell Roofing and Exteriors will be my first choice for future projects.

I've been using Dwell Roofing to check out leaks that I've found after big storms three (or maybe four?) times over the past few years. Each time, I've worked with Josh and I've been extremely satisfied. He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. This is the only company that will be touching my roof, and anything related, as long as I live in the DFW area.

Really great experience with Dwell Roofing. This is my first time ever having to replace a roof, and when I need this again in the future, I'll give them a call.

I had an initial glitch with scheduling when I called their office to get an estimate. The gentleman who was to come out had a syncing issue I believe with his calendar and so missed my appointment. I called in to ask if I had gotten the date or time wrong. Minutes later, the owner Jesse called me to let me know what happened, apologized for the glitch, and within 30 minutes he was at my house and did the review himself.

From that point on he kept me informed via text or email as to what was going on for each phase. The entire roof replacement took most of the day (info for those like me who never went through this before). I had a sealed gutter system that also needed to be replaced, so they then scheduled that at a later date soon after the roof was done. Everything was completed when promised (the gutter system took a little less time).

The best part is their office dealt with the insurance company a LOT. I barely had to deal with them other than their own initial inspection and a few emails with payment issue that I forwarded to Dwell Roofing's office. Dwell was able to get all the money owed to them from insurance company and then I paid my deductible. If you haven't done this before either: the insurance company sends you the checks then you pay Dwell. If you have a mortgage like I do, the mortgage company has to co-endorse the checks, so be sure you find out from your mortgage company how that's done. Dwell asked for around 1/3 payment after they were done with the first part, then I was able to send them the rest once insurance sent me all the checks (3 paper checks and one direct deposit - this all took over 4 months). So thankfully I was able to have the new roof and gutter system on and then they kept after the insurance company to get the rest of the money. I was never asked to pay ahead of time or anything like that.

No one likes to deal with these big projects, but I appreciate the great experience. It made things much easier! Highly recommended!

I am happy with the service Dwell Roofing provided for us. Josh gave me detailed information about the condition of our lintels. The lintels were thoroughly rusted and I was worried about their integrity. Josh explained more about the lintels and how to maintain them so that they can last our lifetime and avoid costly replacement in the future. Josh made himself available and advised me when I called him with follow up questions on the phone. I very much appreciate the expertise he provided me. He is very friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable. He seems like he loves sharing his knowledge and helping people. I had Dwell come out and treat the lintels. The cost was very reasonable, and the work performed was excellent. The men put up plastics over the windows as I had specially requested at the time of the estimate. They were also careful with the landscaping. We are definitely planning to call Dwell roofing and exteriors as issues arise.
