James Guice serviced our pool equipment today as part of the CCP program. James is courteous, prompt, and tries to solve any issues my pool encounters. He’s serviced my pool for years. He’s reliable and good at his job.

We are very pleased with our Riverbend Sandler pool!! From the design stage all the way to completion, everyone did a great job of communicating and keeping us up to date on the progress. Our designer Hank Henry did a good job of listening to our wishes and turning them into a beautiful design. We couldn't have been happier. Our project manager, Francisco, was awesome!! He did a fantastic job of communicating the timeline and what was going on throughout the process. He was always quick to respond to a text or phone call. We've built 3 pools over the last 25 years and this was by far the best experience we've had!!

The Consultation and Design Experience

Out of the four pool builders we interviewed, Riverbend Sandler's initial consultation was by far the most impressive. Their design consultant truly listened to our vision and asked a lot of thoughtful questions to understand exactly what we wanted. This stood in stark contrast to other companies that seemed more interested in telling us what they thought we needed. Riverbend delivered the most competitive price along with the best design that perfectly fit our needs and desires.

Construction and Project Management

Once the contract was signed and HOA approved, construction started on time and the pool itself progressed quickly and efficiently. Everything that Riverbend Sandler had under their direct control was done with great speed and efficiency. Our Project Manager was fantastic—very attentive, a great communicator, and a pleasure to work with.

The Only Hurdle: Pavilion Subcontractor

The only negative experience was with the subcontractor responsible for the covered pavilion. This part of the project took much longer than anticipated or planned, which ultimately impacted the final completion date of the entire project. We suspect this subcontractor may have simply been stretched too thin with too many concurrent jobs. However, it is important to note that the quality of the pavilion work was exceptionally high. Multiple inspectors of the structure noted the great structural design and solid build quality.

Final Thoughts

Overall, we are very happy with the end product. The quality of the pool build is outstanding. The delay caused by the subcontractor was frustrating, but everything Riverbend Sandler controlled directly was executed flawlessly. If we had to do it all over again, the only thing we would change is our approach to the pavilion: we would have chosen to build the pool first and then add the pavilion afterwards.

Riverbend Sandler Pools delivered a superior product and service, and we couldn't be happier with the end product!

Once again Tom(service mgr.) and his team took care of my pool repairs in a very timely manner. A couple of months ago I called Tom for some repairs on my pool and within a day or so Tom was out to fix my pool. Last week I had a pool light go out and within a day his team came out to fix it. I used Riverbend Sandler Pools for a repair project on my pool. James Guice made my experience so seamless. He was on time and in budget, texting me with regular updates. I rarely give reviews but this one is worth it! I would like to share our wonderful experience with Riverbend Sandler Pools. We have always wanted a pool but were concerned about the nightmare stories we’d heard, but we went for and man are we glad we did! From start to finish the customer service, responsiveness, professionalism, integrity and work ethic was and still is amazing! Starting with Matt Hitchcock our sales advisor and designer. He was so patient, answered lots of questions, was consistent with follow through and checking on us EVEN AFTER THE SALE WOW! Dave Casper our project manager so supportive, encouraging, responsive with our million questions, text messages and phone calls. He reassured us over and over again everything would be great.THANK YOU DAVE, couldn’t have done this without you! After the pool construction was over we decided to go with pool maintenance with Riverbend. Trey in the service department was so kind, responsive and knowledgeable, he even stopped by on his way home from work to make sure everything was ok. Abel our pool cleaner is amazing! He does such a thorough job, shows up every week consistently around the same time, and answers our thousand questions. He even showed me how to use our hand held vacuum and let me video him so we’d remember how to do.
Fiona in financing was so kind as well. We are so pleased with Riverbend Sandler and would HIGHLY recommend them again! If you’re thinking about getting a pool please only use Riverbend Sandler it’s worth the peace of mind and investment!

We had an awesome experience trusting Riverbend Sandler in the construction of our dream backyard oasis. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Our pool designer Matthew Hitchcock did a great job understanding exactly what we wanted and worked on our design and 3d model until we were completely satisfied.
David McKinley, our Project Manager kept us updated during every step of the construction process. Mike and David were always available to answer questions and concerns.
Every crew involved was very professional, highly skilled, and respectful. The project was completed on time and our finished pool couldn't look closer to the 3D design! It is exactly as we imagine it.

Riverbend built our pool back in 2007 and James has been a great resource.
he originally trained me on all the pool equipment, helped me understand how it works and what needs to be done on an ongoing maintenance plan.
he communicated with me through the entire process.
He was prompt on installation day and ensured I was happy with the install and understood how to use the new app.

After shopping around we decided to go with Riverbend and I have to say it was the best decision! Everything from start to finish was done with excellence. Eric Noris did an amazing job designing our pool and listening to my concerns and being honest about what would or wouldn’t work for our space. Dave Casper supervised the construction phase and was great at communicating with us and answer ALL my questions no matter how big or small. The construction crew was excellent under Dave’s supervision. Both Eric and Dave stayed engaged with us throughout the process and it really felt painless. Our pool turned out amazing…better than I could have ever imagined. I would definitely build with them again and have recommended them to all of our neighbors and friends. Our heater, which was quite old, went out over the weekend. I contacted James Guice, my technician who came out in a very timely manner. He gave me repair/replacement options and had all work done fast!

Riverbend Sandler built our pool about 4 years ago and have been completely satisfied. We get lots of compliments on the design and the glass bead finish. Since then, we have had some minor issues here and there and they have stood behind their work every single time.

More importantly, our service technician James, is hands down best pool repair tech we have ever worked with. He communicates his schedule ahead of time and reaches out to diagnose the issue so he has what he needs to get our pool back up and running. He got our heater back up and running a couple months ago and most recently, he fixed our pool lights. We are so happy to have them ready for swim season. The color and coverage is so much better.
