The tech came out same day and got right to work. Was professional the whole time and walked me through what was going on step by step. Took care of the water cleanup thoroughly and made sure nothing was left behind. Really glad I called.

The crew was friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. Took the time to go over everything and were very thorough with the cleaning. Pleasant to work with which was nice considering how bad the carpets had gotten. Made the whole thing a lot less stressful.
