Any problem can arise no matter what profession you are in and it’s finding a solution when that happens that separates honest people from the rest. A problem arose and I called the owner Mike and we discussed the problem and analyzed and came up with a fair solution. I would highly recommend Poth plumbing.

I was very pleased with the service they provided me. A VERY reasonable price for the service as well as very polite and friendly. I felt comfortable with them in my home. The plumber did not try to upsell us on any products and cleaned up after himself when he was finished. I'm am very pleased and will use them again for any plumbing problems I might have.

Fast response and good job. A little sticker shock with the bill. But everything is expensive these days.

Poor mgmt no experience staff

Don’t waist your time with these folks they don’t wanna work.

I will not use or ever recommend Poth Plumming to anyone. I have used Poth for 20+ years. If you are a home owner in Pleasanton they will keep telling you they will be there tomorrow & never show up and do that for a week saying they have to take care of their contractors first because they pay their salary according to Garrett. No more for me!!!!!!

Called to schedule a service to hook up my recently moved manufactured home. They took the job, but when trying to pin down a date, they wouldn’t answer the phone, they had truck problems and couldn’t get to me until a later week, then they never called back.

Definitely would not recommend.

supposed to come out as agreed, had to call to get updates.. day 2, still no show no call and called to get update... DAY 3 NO SHOW NO CALL had to CALL AGAIN to get the answer that it will be next week before they come out. see a pattern?? if you don't want to do a guarantee job, say it

Garrett was very unprofessional. If you’re not a contractor, you are not important enough for them to come do your work. We were put off for 7 weeks. They kept saying yes we will come, they did not! We were told we need to take care of our contractors.
