Troy has provided electrical work at two of my homes over a 6 year period. He is knowledgeable and professional. I have always been pleased with the work he has done for me.

First time to use Ben Franklin Electric Co. but have their number saved to call for future repairs. Troy and his coworker were polite and professional in finding the issue with our electrical outage. The billing was very reseasonable!

Ben Franklin Electric did a great job promptly fixing my Electrical Panel problem in my beach-front home!
My Problem: Home Heating failure. Outside AC/Heat Electrical Panel had a smoking breaker.
Service Call Response: Excellent, Troy and Manny responded within 5 minutes.
Service Response: Manny arrived within minutes. Confirmed multiple CircuitBreaker Corrosion failures and replaced them within 30 minutes.

I left two messages for this company to call me back to schedule a service call. I never got a call back. Very unprofessional. I guess they have enough business and I don't need new business. I know I called the right number because I heard they're recording saying to please leave a message and they would call back
