We just purchased our new home a couple of months ago. We knew something was off with our a/c system. It was constantly running. One half of the house was cool, the other half was much warmer & seemed more humid. We reached out to Charlie & Joey at Madd Air, as they had diagnosed & repaired our system in our older home about 7 months ago. I can’t express to you enough, how grateful I am for these gents! It was a true team effort that got us up & running way before we had expected. Madd Air is the best!

I must say, I was EXTREMELY impressed with Joey & his team. They showed up early (with a heads up first) & worked hard all day replacing the ductwork in our 2-story home. They were all very friendly & professional at the same time. They did a stellar job. They brought tarps & covered the flooring, furniture & appliances where they had to cut into the sheetrock. After the job was complete they vacuumed the house, swept & you couldn’t tell they had been here at all. I would HIGHLY recommend Madd for all of your A/C needs. Top notch crew!

I'm extremely pleased with my experience with MADD Air. We had a maintenance contract with MADD already, but our 18-year-old system finally gave out. I called on a Saturday, and Joey was at our home within two hours. He gave us his honest, understandable opinion with options on how to proceed, and we were able to get our system replaced quickly. Joey and his team were extremely professional, efficient, and helpful; I highly recommend them. 👍

Best company ever! This amazing team of people have always come to my rescue when needed! Recently, they added a system to our addition that cools better than my main house A/C, but made sure to service the system, that was installed long before I found them, to ensure it would all work together smoothly! When my whole home AC went out during the hottest day of summer, they scheduled me and had someone out super fast to ensure my babies and I could stay cool! Then, they replaced the thermostat in my camper that kept switching to furnace! The office staff is always friendly, the owner is sure to check all the jobs for accuracy and… their other company Madd Roofing is just as amazing! I’ll be leaving a 5 star review there next!!

Madd Air is everything you are looking for in a quality business from the phenomenal customer service we received from the office staff to the knowledge and expertise of the employees. Charlie treats everyone like family. He made the entire process of getting a new AC easy. Our house feels amazing even with the extreme heat. Heather and all the incredible office staff were welcoming and gave fantastic customer service. We will use them again and continue to recommend them to everyone we know. Madd Air and Madd Roofing are the best.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Madd Air to fix my broken air conditioner, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. I called immediately when my AC went out and from the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was top-notch. They were able to get a technician to visit my home within the hour!! Our technician was Sam and when he arrived, he was punctual and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit in only a couple of minutes. His expertise was evident as he took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent similar problems in the future.

Sam was able to diagnose and fix my AC unit in no time at all, which was a life saver in this summer heat! But what really set Madd Air and Sam apart from every other AC company I have worked with is throughout the entire process, they displayed a genuine concern for my comfort and ensured that I was informed every step of the way. His attention to detail was impressive, and he went above and beyond to make sure my AC was in optimal condition before leaving. I appreciated the transparent pricing and the absence of any hidden fees or surprises. It's clear that this company values their customers and takes pride in their work.

I cannot say enough great things about Madd Air! Very impressed with this company and I highly recommend! I called on a Saturday morning and the sweet young lady (Maddie?) returned my call promptly. She was very friendly and patient when responding to all my questions and concerns. Camilo and Justin came out on two separate occasions and both were professional, prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The installation team was unbelievable; they were proficient and their work was high quality and completed the job in less than 2 hours. Protected the property with drop cloths and clean up was excellent. Thanks Madd Air for the stress free experience and getting my AC back on line quickly in this heat wave.

Madd Air Heating & Cooling deserve more than 5 stars for the exceptional service provided on my full A/C replacement installed in my home. After several quotes from other companies, Sam with Madd Air stood out the most with his professionalism, knowledge and honesty regarding the various systems pros and cons. The company was extremely accommodating with no wait times for scheduling and quotes. Sam and the crew were punctual, courteous and direct with the install. I was informed the entire time and extremely pleased. I highly recommend Madd Air Heating &Cooling company for their excellent service and quality staff. We had both units serviced by Camilo and he was very professional, respectful, polite, and thorough. He noticed a possible leak and left quotes for replacement should we decide to do so. We noticed the units struggling and decided to replace the units as they were the original models and were 20 years old. Justin came out and answered some additional questions and explained the quotes and process. After calling around we decided to use Madd Air as they are the most upfront, easy to contact, and in my opinion helpful.
Justin arrived with the installation crew promptly at 8am as scheduled and they got to work. Moy and his crew were extremely polite, respectful, and hardworking! They worked through the heat and had both units replaced by 2pm. Justin explained the new thermostats and systems and left his number should any issues arise.
We highly recommend Madd air and their team!

We were experiencing a cooling problem on a Friday night. Joseph and Devon w/Madd Air came out and within 5 minutes had us cooling again. Highly recommend!

My experience with MADD Air was outstanding! I have used them for air conditioning maintenance and was extremely pleased. It was time to replace the unit. My technician, Joey, was excellent! He was professional and knowledgeable. Joey walked me through the whole process and explained the replacement thoroughly. He followed up promptly to see that everything was done correctly. The installers were great!! I'm so pleased with the service MADD Air provided, I will be using them to replace my roof. Thank you for excellent customer service! It is great knowing I have an outstanding air and roofing company to rely on!

Madd Air has been servicing our AC/Heating units for a few years now and Sam who takes care of our area is great. Takes his time to explain in detail what was done and what may need upgrading soon. This week he lead a team to upgrade our System which was still original to the house and had gone out. They made room on their schedule before the weekend and within hours the system was replaced and is running smoothly. Sam even assisted with an additional air return which makes the entire system run much more smoothly and eliminated a noise problem with the original return completely. The team cleaned up perfectly and Sam just made it all seem so effortless for us. The office team was quickly available for all needs as well. Thanks Sam and Madd Air. 10/10

Joseph came out and fixed my problem. He was very thorough and courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. I rank him and this company number one in my book.

Had my HVAC system go down on my house after listing it for sale. My realtor referred me to MADD, and I’m glad he did! Camilo came out while I was at work, and had the issue diagnosed quickly. Turned out that my thermostat was fried, and gave me a reasonable price for replacement. About a week later, the house is under contact and their inspector found that the heater wasn’t working. Camilo came back out once again and had the issue fixed at no charge.

I would highly reccomend MADD air after my experience with them, and will use them for future HVAC services!

Customer service was very patient and helpful. I was scheduled for that day. Technician was able to arrive earlier than scheduled so that was very convenient. Sam did a great job explaining the problem. Fixed the problem quick and provided tips on AC upkeep. Overall great experience! Would recommend.

MADD air is by far the most professional company we have ever used, from the workers to the owner it is a 5 star rating. We worked with Joey, who has given us the best customer service possible to the actual work, which so far has had great results. They don’t nickel and dime you, but the job they do, is worth every nickel and dime. I highly recommend them to anyone.

After extensive research, we purchased two HVAC units from Madd Air for our previous home years ago and were very pleased with the results and Sam’s professionalism. The moment we had issues at our current home, we did not hesitate to call. As always, Ashley was friendly and helpful, scheduling a same-day appointment!

Sam arrived to diagnose the problem Thursday, 6/26/25 at 4 pm. He was very prompt and courteous, calling ahead as usual. He explained the issue and presented several options for our consideration. We decided to move forward with a new system.

Sam and crew arrived on time the next morning and began working immediately. They were well organized and efficient; everyone was very respectful and careful to protect the flooring and walls. They even vacuumed before leaving! Sam inspected progress throughout and performed a final walk-through to ensure quality and satisfaction. Our new AC was installed and cooling by 12:30 pm! Even rain couldn’t slow them down!

If you want honest, prompt, and professional service, Madd Air is an excellent choice!

We contacted Madd Air due to a problem with our AC system. The day of the scheduled visit (4/21/24), the forecast was stormy. When Joey called ahead, we gave him the option to reschedule because of the weather but he insisted on keeping the appointment. He was prompt and courteous and got right to work. Despite the pouring rain, Joey maintained a high level of professionalism and a friendly demeanor. He diagnosed and explained the issue, made the repair and answered our questions. It came as no surprise that we had another great experience with Madd Air. Thank you, Joey, for a job well done!

MADD Air and Sam were fabulous! My parents have used them for years and I contacted them after having another company come out. I was so happy with Sam’s honesty and sales approach! I will use them time and time again! Don’t hesitate, call them! You will be happy!

We had one A/C go out and started getting 3 competitive bids. We knew our units were both on their last days. The next day our main A/C also gave out leaving us with no air conditioning. We called Sam at the end of the day and awarded MADD Air the job. Sam was there with his crew the following morning for a 2 A/C install and all ductwork during heavy Houston downpours. We chose gas furnaces and their roofing team came the next day to complete the roof venting. I would definitely recommend MADD Air and their efficient hard-working team.

A++++ team! I drove up to my business on a hot Friday morning to find that both of our outside air conditioning units had been STOLEN! We contacted Madd Air who had installed one of the units less than a year ago. They had one of the units in stock but said it would be Monday or Tuesday before the other unit could be installed. They worked with the police AND our insurance. By 5pm THAT DAY they had BOTH units installed! They recommended to have custom cages built to secure our units, but would likely take 2 weeks to be complete. By lunch the next Monday the cages had been installed. For a potential huge headache, Madd Air made a terrible situation basically a non-issue for us and finished the job well under their original estimate. We are customers for life!

what can I say? I have nothing but outstanding remarks for this company and its employees especially Justin and chewy. I just had a whole system replacement done. Air conditioning heating I was referred by a friend here in Kingwood and I'm glad they did. I sat down to go over the different options with Justin? There was no high pressure sales at all. Very pleasant knowledgeable and upfront. That is hard to find in this society nowadays, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. and as far as the installation chewy and his crew were also pleasant knowledgeable and also did a outstanding job. cleaned up after .put down runners on the floor so nothing got damaged. They definitely know their stuff. so in closing, if you have any HVAC needs in Kingwood or the greater Houston area don't pass up this outstanding company. Thank you guys.👍👍👍👍❤️ Go MADD AIR!! To add a sidebar note here after running my unit for Approximately five days I used to have hotspot areas with my old unit in my two-story house downstairs bedroom and back room off of my kitchen .but now all rooms are equally cool at the same temperature. I should've done this a long time ago madd air came through with everything they promised this is the way an AC unit is supposed to operate properly .God bless you guys. I am more than happy.👍❤️🥂🥂
