Keith stopped by this morning. I explained to him the problem we have and showed him the the location of our units. Keith quickly deduced the problem and explained it to me. We agreed to go ahead with his fix. In a short amount of time, the problem was fixed. All for a more than reasonable fee. Keith was both professional and personable. Thanks for a job well done.

Kaileb Stiles was absolutely professional and efficient in his visit to maintain our four air-conditioning units. He answered all my questions, and explained things that I didn’t understand in an easy way to comprehend. He showed extensive pictures and explained the annual maintenance plan. He was considerate to tell me to place towels in the sinks when he did the blowout and he gave me all the dirty towels at the very end of the visit. I highly recommend Christmas Air Conditioning and Kaileb Stiles.

Jack was very professional, friendly, and informative. He fixed my issue in no time and answered all of my questions. Their prices are extremely fair, and they were able to get me on the schedule the same day.

Jack and Craig came out and were awesome. They were very thorough and kept me up to date on all activity being done. They provided views of what was good and what needed attention. They showed up within hours of our call. Brendan was so knowledgeable. He found the issue and got everything cleaned out and fixed in no time. I love that he gave us tips on how to keep clogs from happening in the future. Highly recommend this company!

Came home from the hospital as my mother had a stroke. House was 85 degrees. Called and they had a tech sheduled immediatly which was after hours. Keith Powell showed up and stayed until he could find a solution to get us through the night. And on top of that, went to the shop and picked up a portable A/C just in case it went out again. He was there first thing the next morning and resolved my parents issues. Now this is above and beyond. My handicapped parents would have been very uncomfortable if not for his compassion and dedication to his job.

Keith was very kind and efficient. He was able to take care of my AC needs even dealing with a very old unit. Everyone I spoke with at Christmas Air were kind and courteous as always. I still recommend Christmas AC.

Kaleb was very good! He arrived quickly and explained the problem with our unit clearly and recommended a cost effective solution. He was also very thorough in analyzing the entire system and determining if there is anything else needed to keep things running on top shape.

If you are going with another plumber, why? 🤔 We trust Christmas. 💯 Many thanks to David for his help today!!! He replaced our leaking disposal, replaced our leaky kitchen faucet, replaced the kitchen sink secondary side's drain (ours was rusty), and replaced the cheap shut-off water valve (at my request since they've started breaking in our home). He did an expert job with all the caulking and cleaned up the area well after the job. 💙 Told him not to work too hard, but know he will ✅

Responsive and came within time frame given. Pleasant employees.
Luke Sage was knowledgeable and did measurements for ceiling access rather than say need to remove pull down stairs and trim Other company felt it needed to be done.
Will use again and recommend.

Got and maintenance and inspection for our AC system. Our technician, Brendon, was super professional and did a great job explaining his findings and recommendations to us in an easy to understand way. He was also very patient answering all our questions. Would recommend 10/10

Simon did a great job!! Very professional and friendly. He indicated my filter was still good but he did not have the size with him. Since I purchased my system from Christmas Air a filter change would be scheduled in the near future. I know Christmas Air will always take good care of my HVAC system.

Great experience with Christmas Air! Coby arrived early on the time frame given which was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. He was courteous, professional, extremely thorough and explained in great detail all that was involved in servicing my units. He made sure all my questions were answered. Signed up for Christmas List membership again which saved me some money to have my units maintained twice a year. My experience with Coby and was fantastic all around! I knew Jake Christmas and he built a high integrity service company that truly cared for its customers and always did what was right for the customer. I hope Christmas Air and its new leadership / new owners will keep its wonderful reputation and servant leadership as part of its core values!

Braulio was our repair man. He was excellent, very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately for us, we had a major leak and decided to replace the unit instead of repairing it. He scheduled Brett out to go over options and cost to replace the unit. Brett was excellent as well. He was very understanding of our needs and did not rush through anything which we really appreciated. I’m sure we made the decision to go with Christmas Air. Great employees.
