Tyler was great! He shared a wealth of knowledge and was very courteous and respectful. He and his teammate were able to diagnose of offer a solution for my problem all within about an hour. I’ll be using Dave’s Heating and Air in the future, that’s for certain.

They were very courteous, honest and professional. They diagnosed our issue quickly and discussed our options. We planned on replacing our unit this next offseason but decided with the needed repairs that it was best to replace it now. We had 5 quotes within 15 minutes and they were able to do the install just a few days later. They installed the system more quickly than they estimated and made sure that we were happy before they left. They have just acquired a customer for life!

They were very nice and did a good clean job. They asked us questions and answered our questions too. They were able to get the new unit installed the next day since we had no heat and Xmas is in a few days. I highly recommend this company.

End to end, this experience went well. I bought an old home a few years ago. I knew the HVAC was long in the tooth so I was prepared to replace it. But those "pandemic prices" were outrageous. So we just let the old system chug along with occasional repairs. I wanted plane the replacement before failure and at the time of the year in which the weather is pleasant. My choice was going to look for a balance between long term satisfaction and economics. I want higher quality and function, as long as I can afford it. Cameron came and listened to wants and needs and proposed a solution that included very specific additions that I was hoping for. The best part is that these upgrades to the ventilation system were far less expensive that I had imagined. On that rainy morning, the team rolled up on site in several trucks and jumped right in. There were guys everywhere. There were several in the attic, on the ground floor, front yard, and back yard. Then some dude rolls up in a pickup with parts. But he is wearing shorts, so now you know who the boss is. As the afternoon grew long, the team was finishing up. I was expecting a construction mess as there was sheetrock cutting and a new attic ladder installed. But, they cleaned up very well. It was impressive. When it was all said and done, Cameron and one other guy took the time to educate me on the technical details of the system. Cameron seems to think this system is going to save me a ton of money. This is Texas, I am skeptical. He will be back as summer is wrapping up, and then we will see who is right. I hope it is him.

Cameron was asked to come out for evaluation of current system for repairs vs new installation. He was early but patiently awaited my arrival. He was very personable and professional. The crew who came out to install central air and heat were very respectful, personable and worked together as a true team. I’m very pleased with their work.

I called these folks because another company I had had come out never got me a quote until I called them back. Once I did call them back, they were telling me that a simple circuit board would be $1,000 to replace. When I asked what the division was between parts and labor I was told they only offer flat rate. Because of that I was looking for another option and found Dave's. Everyone I've talked to there has been incredibly helpful. The tech that came out walked me through several things that could be done for efficiency for my system, or things that should have been done when my system was installed new, but he wasn't pushy or trying to sell me anything. Instead of the $1,000 repair the other people were trying to sell me, they ended up fixing my issue and getting our AC working again for just the price of a service call. If they did need to come out in the future and replace the circuit board, their price was over $600 less. It's rare to find a company that actually deserves your business, and I feel Dave's is one of those. They have earned my future business for sure.

Dave's Heat And Air installed a zoned system and thermostat for our upstairs. The system works great. They are definitely my go to for HVAC jobs.

Very pleased with Dave’s Heating and Air. Technician was on site within 30 minutes after I called. Rhonda is very friendly and helpful over the phone when I called the office.
I love that they text me once the technician is in route to the property. Tyler diagnosed the problem and had us up and running quickly.

Dave's has been awesome and we really feel like we can trust our tech Tyler. We have had the same tech every time the past 2 years for our bi-annual maintenance plan. That's says alot about the company. He even brought our attention to something serious he saw while checking the attic today. We are very grateful.

I highly recommend this company! Cameron was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed about the issue. He even drove to Carrollton from Greenville and back for the part we needed and installed it fast and efficiently to get our AC back up and running on a hot summer day! We had another company come out the night before and quoted us $3000 for the same repair and couldn’t get it fixed for two weeks, Cameron got it fixed for 1/3 of that price and the same day! Again, I highly recommend Dave’s Heat and Air..we won’t be using anyone else from now on! I also want to add that he gave us advice on things we could do to make our current unit run better and more efficient so we get the longest life possible out of it before replacing it.
