Blain came out on the ice covered roads to restore my heating system when their office was closed.

Manuel is AWESOME. This is the third time he’s been to my house and each and every time his customer service, work ethic, knowledge and ability have all been top notch. He’s a benefit to your organization, without a doubt.

Our AC went out in the early hours of the morning and I called Blains as soon as it went out. That next morning I got a call around 7 and they were here by 9:15. Not to mention this is on a Saturday. The technician was great and fixed our AC no problem. Exceptional work and customer service. We have had nothing but great experiences with them. Will continue to use them 👍🏻

A real neighborly and professional family business that took care of replacing our Mother's old heat pump system. We live out of state and were visiting when we discovered that her A/C was not working. We contacted Blain and their service technicians were prompt in showing up, troubleshooting the system, and determining what options we had available to deal with the old unit.
We determined that we needed to replace the unit and shopped around. We found that Blain's cost was very competitive and their finance options were very good. After meeting with Scott and hearing all their options for a new system and the financing in their office we went with the 12 months same as cash option. I enjoyed meeting and working with Scott and knew that our mother would be treated like family when they installed her new system.
We had to leave for home one day before the installation was done. I just got off the phone with Mom and just as I expected, Blain Service treated her like she was family. She was impressed by their cleanliness, manners, professionalism and the final product - her new heating and air conditioning system. Thank you Blain Service Co. for such a great business experience AND for taking care of Mom like she was your own.

I give them 5 stars for sure. They are always nice. They always come as soon as they can and fix whatever needs fixing. I'm always satisfied. They you Jonathan for another job well done.

They were quick to resolve my issues. I called in the evening after getting home finding my AC wasn't working and they came out within 30 minutes and had everything working in about an hour. Will definitely continue to use in the future.

Our air conditioning unit fan wasn't coming on. I called and they had someone out same day to get our air going again. Outstanding customer service and very reliable.

We sent an email on Sunday expecting a call back on Monday for a furnace issue. Totally surprised to receive a call within 30 minutes of posting my email. Service was scheduled Monday morning and completed that day. Very impressed with the response time and scheduling. Thank you.

Technition was prompt , fully qualified and answered all my quiestions . Service was very, very complete and has me ready for winter.

Called the owner Steve, his very friendly staff member from the office called promptly and scheduled my appointment. Manuel came and analyzed my system, found the issue, and got me running in no time! I highly recommend this very professional and friendly company!

Wonderful company to work with! Responded in a timely manner, were able to come out and do an estimate and then get the work done shortly after. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to install a new AC for us, fix our duct work, and solve our other electrical issues. We would absolutely recommend them!
