Torry very thourgh, professional, polite, explained complete process, provided me written bids of options, highlighted crucial areas of concern, pointed out the good, bad, explained in layman terms, honored & reinforced all statements promised through your office, BBB, & The Good Contractor's list. He answered my every question & concern and again gave me a detail list of options to educate me & help me move forward to make a well / best decision on my own without pressuring me. I felt I knew him personally and could in good faith trust him and the entire Cool Hand family. I wish I could deal with every company that I am in the process of remodeling with as comfortably as today with Torry. He Blessed my day more than I can say and has sold me on himself and your company for a lifetime and gave me the peace of mind moving forward. His helper, Matt was also a swell person. Luke and his wife were a blessing in disguise. My 360 Photo Booth Power cord shorted out and my booth had no power. I was highly stressed, because it stopped working at one of our loyal customer's event, I know right how embarrassing?! Luke was extremely booked during my time of need but instead of turning us down. He modified his tight schedule and fit us in! He fixed our booth as a favor to a fellow business owner being this type of work is out of his scope. I'm forever grateful and encourage all customers who have electrical needs Please look no further! Cool Hand is the Electrical company for you! Shiloh and Matt did a fantastic job with our home. We had a combination of safety upgrades and convivence work done, including dedicated circuits , whole house surge protection, can-light installation, generator switch, vent fan work, GFCI upgrades, fan/light re-wires and more. The team were able to find several fire hazards that had gone unnoticed, even by the home inspector a few years ago.

The staff were all exceptionally courteous and professional. As an avid negotiator and shopper ( and cheap suburban dad), I found that Cool Hand Electric does offer the best value around. Top marks for the entire team- even the folks who take the calls in the office!

I feel confident that the electrical health of our home is in exceptional condition due to the in-depth safety checks (and fixes) that this company did for us.

Luke and his team were the first to respond when our pool pump went out. The service was fast and professional. Our pump was up and working in just a few hours. We were so very thankful for the fast response!

After a less than great experience with another electrical company, I contacted Cool Hand Electric. Clay was our technician and he was respectful, considerate, and very knowledgeable when it came to getting the work done. He explained everything thoroughly and we will definitely use Cool Hand Electric for our future needs.

Luke came out and added a light fixture in the kitchen & an outlet on the patio ceiling. He completed the install over a year ago so I can speak on the longevity of of his workmanship. We won’t hesitate to use him and his crew again for future work. Aside from the work, he was extremely kind and patient with our overly curious daughter and made everyone feel comfortable while he worked inside the house.

Tory was our Tech. Daniel joined him. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. They were very concerned about getting our power back on and didn't take a break from 9:00 in the morning to almost 7:00 in the evening. They didn't even stop for lunch. Highly recommended.

Clay and his team went above and beyond. Clay was attentive and patient with my questions and requests. The nicest part was he let my toddler use his work fan so they may stay cool while he went to work in the heat. Overall great service from the first call to right when they leave.Very happy with my new panel install.

Called this company to troubleshoot an issue with my electric. I was able to get a next day appointment which was great. They sent out Clay and I'm glad they did. I explained what we were experiencing & he got to work troubleshooting. I followed him through the process, he was great at explaining it & answering my many questions. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He presented me with varied options based on the troubleshooting and didn't try to include any kind of "upselling" which I really appreciated. I really feel like he was interested in the best fix that fit our situation without breaking the bank. I think it's great this company employs Veterans as well and also has a steady donation program to a great cause. They are our go-to electricians from now on. Highly recommend them.

I was very nervous about calling an electrician for a need I had. I wanted someone who had a good rating with BBB and someone insured. They responded super quick from an online inquiry. Provided text updates and were accommodating to my schedule. I got a text when the electrician was on the way, to include a picture, name and bio. He inspected, provided options, educated me and performed the work all within 3 hours. I was very nervous about the cost, but loved that I was provided options. I am super happy I went with this company and so thrilled I now have a reliable electrician for my home needs.

Wow! What a great experience with Tory and Daniel, technicians with Cool Hand Electric. We were able to confirm an appointment within a day or two of our call and received a timely reminder. Tory and Daniel did excellent work. Efficient, considerate, quality work, are words to describe these technicians. It was easy to build a trustworthy consumer / provider relationship.

Awesome people. I had the best service from the first call until the job was finished. Called Cool Hand Electric to install 8 flush mount lights in two room. When the tech Luke arrived he listen to what we wanted and gave us a quote. Luke also offer options to fit our budget. Great electrician.

The electrician that came to my home, Clay, was very friendly, professional and polite! Not only did he install my new pool light and fix the wiring issues outside in extreme heat, but he took time to sweep my whole pool (It is drained for painting) to clean it so I could start painting as soon as he left. That is ABOVE and BEYOND what he needed to do and I am very grateful! To find a knowledgeable electrician is great, but to find one who CARES about people is a blessing! His assistant was very friendly too! This was the first time I used this company and I plan to put them at the top of my list for all electrical work I need. Thank you, Cool Hand Electric and Clay!

We’ve been living in Texas for 6 days now and what a pleasure it was to have Shiloh and Daniel work on some things for our new house!
