He came on time like he said he would. He gave us the same price he said he would. He fixed our fridge like he said he would. Love this guy. Totally recommend him to everyone. Seriously he helped us out alot.

Very proffesional. Spoke with a guy named Gill and he was very knowledgeable about the information i needed he came and fixed my deep freezer and thank God because i had over $400 of meat in there. I have an older GE side by side refrigerator that was no longer cooling. Wayne quickly determined that the control board had failed. It was replaced the same day and prevented any food from spoiling. What a life saver!

Wayne is a knowledgeable technician...but most importantly he can think outside the box and get creative to make things work where there may not be parts available or common solutions... he cares about doing the tasks to last ...He's efficient and pleasant and a keeper!

The guys at On-Time were great. They were very professional and friendly, showed up when they said they would and did a bang-up job repairing my deep freeze. No bad thing considering the amount of rather pricey cuts of beef I had stored in it!
I would recommend them to anyone in need of such repairs.

My refrigerator stopped working in the morning and was going to lose hundreds on food. I have a big family and could not risk losing all my food. called multiple companies and the earliest they could come out would be two days!! Called On-Time Appliance and they sent out a technician within an hour. The technical said my compressor has gone out and would need to be replaced. Technician came back with the part same day and had it cooling again saving all my food :). I would defiantly be using them in the future.

Perfect experience!! My subzero refrigerator stopped cooling on Wednesday and they were out on the same day and got it working better than before. We will definitely use them again for our other appliances! Thanks guys!

The guys came today on time and were ready to work ! I researched the price of the replacement parts and they charged me very reasonable price for the parts and labor . They cleaned up everything and even cleaned the dust and dirt on the floor before pushing the fridge back in . Call them ! You won’t be dirty you did ! They are higher than 5 Star

Really great experience! They were unable to fix my oven but exhausted all options in a courteous and professional manner. At the end of the day it was better to just purchase a new oven and I appreciate them being honest with me about that. Will definitely use again!

Second time I've used this service. As their name suggests they are on time. The repairman worked quickly to identify a timer problem on our clothes dryer, and suggested we consider changing a setting rather than spend a large sum on new a new part and labor. I highly recommend On-Time for appliance repair.

Wayne Hagemann with On-Time Appliance was my last hope of getting my 1995 Built In KitchenAid working. A tech from another company tried to help me and failed. Wayne diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, the refrigerator was working again. He was on-time, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.

I called first thing in the morning requesting service as soon as possible. The first two places called; one said it would be after 5:00pm and the other said that it would be at least two days.
On Time Appliance came within 30 minutes and thoroughly diagnosed our problems and repaired a very complicated situation quickly and professionally. Wayne is the best appliance person we have ever had; he will always be my first call from now on.
