Our power surged and half the living room went dark right in the middle of a movie. I was convinced it was going to be some massive, expensive project, but the guy they sent out was super honest. He found a loose connection in one of the outlets that was causing the whole circuit to trip. He was in and out in less than an hour and even humored my kids asking a million questions. Such a weight off my shoulders to have it fixed.

Working with Ken was a true delight because of his professionalism and work ethic. He made numerous valuable and cost-cutting suggestions, which we greatly appreciated. Now our basement is illuminated correctly, the outlets are in convenient locations, the switches make sense and most importantly, I am at ease knowing Ken has brought everything up to perfection.
