The tech was honest, prompt and helpful. While he was not able to remove the smell from my rug, he was honest about it and did not charge me. We’ve got kids and a dog, so the carpet gets dirty fast. They removed stains I thought were permanent and even the smell is gone now. It honestly feels like we got a new carpet installed.

My first time giving them a shot because of good reveiws AND WAS MOST DISAPPOINTING, RUDE!!!!! WHAT TYPE BUSINESS THEY RUNNING, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO BE COURTEOUS/ POLITE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. Called for information and scheduled a time, BUT THE WOMEN HUNG UP ON ME MID CONVERSATION, because I needed an earlier time instead of the time she offered. ALL SHE HAD TO SAY IS "SORRY MA'AM WE DON'T HAVE ANYONE AVAILABLE THAT TIME". THAT'S NOT TOO HARD!!! DON'T CARE HOW GREAT YOUR WORK IS OR REVIEWS IS...IF YOU CAN'T EVEN RESPECT PEOPLE, I RATHER GO ELSEWHERE OR DO THE JOB MYSELF. These people!!! Wasted my time calling and hated to even take the time to write this, but people has to know their attitudes on their service. I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN OR REFER THEM.
