Dalvin appeared on time, explained the purpose of the inspection, and began his inspection.

He completed his examination within 40 minutes and came inside to review the results with me. After his review he answered my questions fully and asked me to review the paperwork.

His examination, explanations, and punctual arrival made this one the most pleasant service calls I can remember.

Jorge was great. Came out looked at everything and determined I didn't need a new air condition but just to replace the thermostat. He instructed me how to do it to save me even more money. They have earned my business for sure.

I recently installed a new thermostat and we’ve had problems with it since the installation. I called Chrome and Alex was able to schedule service for the following morning. George and Corey showed up and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and were gone within 15 minutes. They took the time to look at the other unit and made sure it was functioning properly. Little confusion with appointment set up as to maintenance vs repair. Chrome office worked with me and still made it out early enough to get me to work on time.
Abel was my technician.
He was thorough, professional and proactive.
I was not aware of a auto-draft maintenance plan offering THREE (total)maintenance checks a year for AC- Heating -Plumbing for a reasonable $12/ mo.
I was not aware Chrome had a Plumbing service !
Plus discounted pricing on any repairs and/or additional service calls.
Today, I added Algae treatment to help flow of condensation going smoothly.
This is my second time to use Chrome.
Both times I’ve experienced top-shelf techs and communication with the company.
***Two pluses:
-Careful attention to Customer and their needs- whether it’s in scheduling or repairs.
- Chrome does alert customers in a timely way and especially appreciate the personal bio and pic of assigned Technician.

I, as a customer, am more trusting of info and pricing, when the Service is good from Receptionist/Dispatcher to Tech.

Had a few small issues that required service work (new gas valve on furnace & fuse replacement). Chrome was very receptive and prompt to my service call. Mike was our service tech and he was very professional, took pride in his work, thorough throughout the entire repair process. I would definitely recommend using Chrome for any HVAC issues. The technician sent to our home, Eddie Perez, was friendly and knowledgable. He did his best to explain the situation and our options. He dealt with our home warranty company and cared about our satisfaction. Additionally, he arrived during the time slot specified. I have no complaints with our technician or Chrome.

Chrome Heating and Air has always been fantastic for my air conditioning service. They are very professional on time and extremely clean when they do their work. Now that they do plumbing I am having them change my water heater. The plumber has been fantastic in working with me and all of the questions I have had. He has really talked through all of my options and we will be able to have a new water heater by the end of the week. I recommend them completely.

Update: Still 5 stars! I have had some issues with my heat pump and Chrome has been excellent in working through the problems. They are upfront about what they are doing and give options if possible about ways to fix it. I never hesitate to call them and I will continue to recommend them.
