Customer service is nonexistent. They only want to upsell. No desire to maintain a working system. They cracked my drain pan several years ago. They have spent years of different techs saying they can't figure out why there is water leaking inside the system even though their own tech said years ago you probably have a cracked drain pan. After years as a maintenance plus member and them constantly trying to upsell me extras, yet another tech comes out and says your drain pan is cracked, to which I say I know, you guys did it and already identified it as a problem. Of course no it's been long enough it's not under warranty. I still agree to them fixing it and they are supposed to order the part and ne out Friday... 2 weeks later I call for a status because they haven't shown up or called... we have no notes about that, we'll get it ordered and get right out. Another week goes by, still no call... and calling corporate just gets you sent to an overseas call center.
