Yousef went above and beyond! Absolutely wonderful service with legit advice!

My house has been struggling with cooling as it’s a two story home, and I have had multiple A/C contractors come look and work on it over the years to improve cooling. It has always been as simple as adding Freon.

Yousef, at Texas 1st, literally went above and beyond and inspected all insulation and even pipes throughout the attic and garage.

It turns out insulation was not in top shape and not the greatest type. Texas 1st uses R8 grade insulation and layered it where possible to get the most out of what I had, and minimize cost for additional insulation.

Yousef also discovered a pipe leak which caused a shortage of Freon distribution to upstairs section of the house.

Texas 1st kept on working until they got the A/C working at very high efficiency!

I didn’t save too much money on electricity, but let me tell you, my house is ice cold!! I am absolutely so comfortable anywhere in the house, where before Texas 1st, I had to pick and choose where to hangout in my own house just to be comfortable!

Had some problems with the AC at my house. So I was Referred to Yousef by a friend. He was very professional came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it couple hrs later.

I had A/C problem in one room, the room didn’t get enough air and my landlord refused to do anything because she got high price estimates, i gave my landlord TEXAS 1st number and they came fix it and with affordable price , when the guy came in he is super friendly and experienced, fix the problem and didn’t make any mess , he cleaned everything behind him , problem fixed everyone is happy

Had an issue with my AC last summer ..the response was very fast and the charges were very reasonable for an emergency mid summer fix.
I'm pretty sure that i will need to buy a new system soon ...i will give them a call first, no doubt about it.

After hail in my area, we needed to replace both of our HVAC units. I went with the Trane variable speed units and decided to include the Trane humidifier as well. I spent a bit of time looking for the right company and I found Texas 1st. Great people, great value and most of all amazing service. It took my plumber months to install the water for my humidifier and Texas 1st was there in days to complete the work months after my HVAC was completed. Let me be clear, it was MY delay, NOT Texas 1st that stalled the humidifier completion. Yet, in no time at all they were at my home and getting the job done! Great experience, great quality, great people and I enjoyed their company while they did the work. Nothing at all negative to say. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

well-experienced.I was impressed by their quality of sevice,very clean work. When the installation was finished and completed everything was cleaned up as if nothing was changed or replaced. I would recommend them to anyone Residential or Commercial.

Got my new HVAC installed today (4/23/2019) and I can’t be happier with how this project went, for one the guys were great to deal with, they came in the morning as agreed and started their work they removed old equipment and installed the new TRANE , they did an awesome job and their fee was much more than reasonable they beat 4 other bidders by far, I can’t but recommend them to anyone looking to replace their HVAC system. My air has been out at my house and it has been extremely frustrating finding a trust worthy company that does honest work. I don’t mind paying someone if they do honest work and Adam, Yousef, and Joe were the most honest guys I’ve ever met in this industry. Truly. They even taught me things that I thought would require to pay for and did it free of charge. I definitely recommend these guys because they get the job done!
