All reviews for New Elite Roofing

Ivan from New Elite Roofing is great. I called on a Saturday and he came out 1st thing Monday morning. He really helped me out with fast and honest service. I will definitely use New Elite Roofing again.

Contacted Ivan for a home insurance inspection and clogged gutters. He came out the next day, inspected the roof, unclogged the main gutter, and issued his report. Luckily, everything was clear this time but we'll be calling back the next time we need a roofer.

I was in search of someone to perform a roof inspection on my new home and Ivan from New Elite Roof and Gutters came through.

This year brought not only a gnarly amount of snow, but a sizable hail storm shortly after, followed by a few more hail storms over the spring and summer months. As a new homeowner, I wanted reassurance that my roof was okay. Ivan came out the next day, listened to my concerns, thoroughly checked my roof, and provided pics of his findings.

I can't stress how much I appreciated this because I contacted a couple roofers and when they heard my roof isn't a year old yet, they insisted it was fine because it's young and resilient. Those guys never got on the roof to know for sure (one guy didn't even come to my house!). Ivan's not like that. He got on the roof and put my mind at ease with definitive proof and that is truly valuable to me. It goes to show that the folks at New Elite Roof care about their customers and their roofs. They don't see an inspection as a waste of time, but rather an opportunity to lessen stress for a homeowner.

While my roof and gutters had some dimples here and there, Ivan assured me that my roof's structurally sound and I have nothing to worry about. When hail season comes around next year and the year after that, I'm giving Ivan a call. He's friendly, patient, and I trust his expertise.

Iván came by to do a roof inspection. I bought my house in August and was told during that inspection that there were a few holes and some flashing that needed repair. Iván was very professional and kind. He explained what he saw and showed me pictures. He also told me how to clean my gutters. When I asked for a quote, he told me he didn’t know what to even ask for the little work he saw and just went ahead and made the repairs for me. I appreciate it so much and recommend New Elite Roof!

I called this company to repair a leak from the roof of my sunroom. This company responded right away and sent Ivan. A company denied my request because the job was small. What a “ breath of fresh air”😄 Ivan was pleasant and honest - a trait that is rare in this kind of business. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it and did not oversell me with other things. He took time to explain what the problem was and made recommendations without any pressure. His excellent customer service is highly commendable! I will be using this company for gutter enhancement and installation in the very near future.

New Elite Roofing did a great job on our roof. Ivan took care of all the insurance details and gave us a good price on upgraded shingles. Pleased with the results.

Ivan fixed our chimney leak for a fraction of what other highly rated roofing people quoted us. He is a great communicator, and does exactly what is needed to fix the issue for a very fair and reasonable price.

I am recommending this roofing company to everyone I know, outstanding work and outstanding value.

We had a complete roof replacement, gutter replacement, screen replacement, as well as sheetrock repair, replacement, and repair done on the interior. Roof replacement included new roof vents and flashing. The work was done due to a bad hailstorm.

Ivan was very customer-focused and responsive. The quality of the work is great. When two small leaks occurred at two points of flashing Ivan was out on Saturday with a workman to fix the issue. (This is a common issue with new roofs.) He came on Saturday after we notified him late Friday afternoon and after we told him the leaks were small and not causing damage inside. After the gutters were replaced touch-up painting was done on eaves. The gutter work even improved the drainage system; a downspout was moved and a drain pan was improved by the front door so water no longer cascades on the porch when it rains. For the interior work, the workmen draped the area so that floors, cabinets, and furniture were protected. Clean-up was thorough inside and out. Everything looks great!

Ivan is efficient. He sends calendar invites so that you know when the different aspects of the work will be done. When Ivan says the work will start at 7:00 a.m. it definitely does. Our repairs were challenging as Ivan and his crew worked around the recent rains. Our roof insatll was delayed a day due to rain. The gutter workers came back several times to finish the work as touch-up painting and caulking cannot be done in the rain. Ivan also texts and calls to ensure that you know what is occurring and to respond to questions or concerns. Ivan did a walk-through with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. His quotes are clear and detailed. Pricing is fair.

We would definitely hire New Elite Roof again. We would recommend them.

We needed a small part of our roof repaired from where our satellite dish had fallen off. Ivan came out quickly and gave me an estimate on how much replacing the shingles would cost, the price was very fair. They completed the work quickly and it looks like new! We certainly will use them again and would recommend them to others.

Ivan Delgado came by my house earlier to inspect my roof for hail damage. He checked my roof and took photos to show me that my roof is good. I find him to be an honest person and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a roofer. I have recommended him to my family and our church friends.

As a senior citizen, it is a chore to find reputable and reasonable craftsman for small but important repairs. Ivan responded to my call immediately...his partner answered the call and was courteous and listened to my plea for a small shingle repair at as reasonable a rate as possible.
Ivan was just here at my house. He went up on the roof and said the tiles were still there and he fixed them in about 5 minutes. I'm not sure he'd want me to tell you his charge but for me...it was a blessing.
Ivan has a warm smile...a good spirit...a wonderful attitude and he fixed my problem without any sakes pitch or pressure.
You won't be sorry you called him...

Elite Roof is outstanding. I would trust recommending them. Ivan was quick to respond and do a beautiful job at a very affordable price. After the installation I wanted a small change done. He continued to respond, came out and made the requested change. I wish all contractors were as easy to work with. If you have roofing or gutter needs, relax and hire a real pro-New Elite Roof.

Ivan is an honest guy who fixes what needs to be fixed and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. I'm so grateful to him for making a special trip to fix my roof before it rained a few weeks ago. Since then we've had torrential downpours, and there have been no leaks in our roof whatsoever, so I know he did a good job. His prices are more than fair, and I would recommend this business to anyone.

I needed some help with a small roofing project, so I reached out to Ivan at New Elite. New Elite was fantastic to work with. They got the job done quickly, did great work, and the price was reasonable!

I requested a repair quote for a roof leak. Ivan stopped by and inspected the issue. Very friendly and professional. Ivan installed a couple patches and recommended a product I can use to seal the patches. I'll keep New Elite Roofing on file for when we need repairs or roof replacement. Highly recommended!

Ivan came to my house to check out a leak by my chimney on a Sunday afternoon. He climbed up on the roof and spent 20 minute inspecting everything. Came back down and told me he didn’t see anything. He caulked a few spots that he thought maybe an issue. Told me to call if any issues (Four heavy rainstorms and no issues). I offered to pay something for his time, but he refused. Great guy and will be using them in the future!!

Fantastic company. We had a small job that needed to be addressed and most companies wouldn't even call us back. Ivan not only answered the call but was able to fit us in very quickly and address the issue. We will be recommending Ivan and New Elite Roofing to our friends and neighbors and they will be our first call for any future issues. Thank you, Ivan!

Ivan and his crew just did a new roof for us. The entire process was fantastic. Ivan was informative and clear during the estimation inspection. He was patient and thorough in all the information we asked for. He gave us our estimate on Saturday and was able to schedule us for the same week. The crew showed up in the morning and when they left in the evening everything was clean and we had an awesome new roof!

My fascia repair was a breeze thanks to New Elite Roofing! A minor rotten spot emerged, and Manager Ivan promptly visited for an afternoon estimate. The next morning, Technician Grando was on site by 9 a.m. He replaced the fascia in a single hour, then swiftly color-matched paint at Home Depot and finished the job with a flawless flourish. Everything was smooth, professional, and done right – a rare gem in the contractor world! Highly recommend New Elite Roofing!

Ivan responded quickly to my request to fix a roof soffit. It was a small job but he gave me a quote quickly and had his crew out The Same Day to fix it. Great quality job for a fair price.

Wonderful experience. I was really not sure what the process was with insurance, but Ivan knew exactly what to do. He guided me through the process step by step and I cannot be happier with the result.
