Not bad for a very limited parking lot for big rigs to manuver around in. The loading process was very swift, once I docked.

Vent a Hood is the #1 name in home kitchen ventilation for good reason. Top quality product in it's class without question and a class act organization.

Small place to dock but loaded quick. Great workers there. Supervisor is a great man & asset to the company in my opinion.

We had a issue with our machine that we caused. I walked in with some parts just to show them and get an idea. Talked to Jason who went above and beyond to help us and offer his expertise. While we were standing there talking, an older gentlemen came and offered his advice as well. Turns out that gentlemen was the CEO of the company. He talked to us like a normal technician would and didn’t even mention he was the CEO. This is how a company should be run.

The lighting is terrible...it has a subdued disco flickering effect. Gives me a headache. Terrible. Hate it.

No do not bother

On July 27 we ordered via a reputable San Diego based dealer owned by Morsco, the VENTAHOOD 30 600CFM CONTEMP W/M RANGE HOOD with shipping date 8/30/2021, remember this is made in the USA. We are now December 7th. and Vent-a-Hood has yet to deliver and or commit to a delivery date. We paid the hood in full 4 1/2 months ago. Were promised a $300 rebate which seems a meager compensation for an order confirmation with delivery 8/30/2021 and a purchase cost that a credit company would have financed at well above the $300 in interest fees. We are still waiting on Dec 7th. 2021. The LA based rep of Mode Distributing LLC, the California distributor for Vent-a-Hood also has gone silent. Perhaps a good kitchen ventilation hood but their customer service is below any level I have experienced. Yes, we all understand the supply chain challenges, but this sure is stretching it. My advice is don’t order unless there is a commitment by the manufacturer to deliver.

Do not buy from this place or their distributor Ferguson. Bought all of our plumbing and appliances from Ferguson (because they carried vent-a-hood) through our builder 2 years ago. Never recieved a full hood and extension.We had to have a (non-matching) make-shift extension made to cover the ductwork because after 2 years neither Ferguson or Vent-a-hood has bothered to refund or send a matching set for this. It’s been TWO YEARS. Pic attached. Zero resolution.
