Jay did a great job. Quick, responsive, customer service oriented. He was actually early and we really appreciated it. He stuck around to make sure everything was in working order before he left too. Chris and Sean installed a Kohler generator for me and they are AMAZING! They were extremely patient in answering my questions and very friendly. They were excellent communicators, clean, thorough, and efficient. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them. Paul is great too and answers any questions very quickly.

Your technician, Alex, was outstanding. He arrived on time, asked for and responded to my description of the problem—a doorbell that was not ringing. He did some testing for power and electrical power, and did the repair to solve the problem. After replacing a part, the repair worked. We tested it several time before he completed his work.

Alex was friendly and professional. He told me what he was finding and the non-functional part, and the replacement part. The price was as quoted. I am satisfied with the work. I would have no problem in using or recommending your company for future needs.

I would HIGHLY recommend Paul and his team at HR Phoenix Electrical. I originally had reached out and spoke with Paul about pricing for a generator to be installed at a location we have in Dallas. He was one of the few returned calls I received from electrical contractors in the Dallas area of about 20 that I had contacted. In the few days after our initial call and he did a site visit, We had a major interruption to our power supply. I called Paul and he had a crew there within an hour and a half. The got started assessing the damage and planning repairs immediately. His crews worked long hours to get us operational again until the permanent repairs were approved. I was able to breath a little easier with Paul's crew as I was dealing the situation from Iowa. ( Finding trustworthy vendors in other states, is hard task most of the time) Paul kept me informed on status the whole time. Always returned calls if he did not answer. I really appreciated all the hard work and effort they put in. Shortly after this, I had a lighting project for another warehouse that we needed a quote on. Paul produced the quote quickly and we were able to approve this project with him. It was on a timeline to meet with another project and Paul was able to deliver ahead of schedule. There were a few modifications that needed to be addressed after the project was completed and Paul and his team resolved them with no issues. I would recommend HR Phoenix Electrical for any project large or small. I know that I can call Paul he will deliver.
