Bobby was very helpful, came quickly after requesting service and brought power back in my garage after the snow storm and even gave me a very competitive rate on installing EV charger in my garage. Very Satisfied and highly recommended!

My kitchen sink backed up and the 25’ auger wasn’t cutting it. Ian came in and fixed it within 15 minutes. The company had a special for $99 drain cleaning and that’s what I paid. No up charge or “other things wrong” with my plumbing. Ian was nice, professional…would highly recommend. They don’t charge extra for weekend or late night charges, and communication was great - I got a text when Ian was coming and how long it would be until he got there, so I didn’t have to wait around all day.

TopTech did an excellent job on our electrical system repair. The workers were punctual, professional, courteous, pleasant and friendly. The quality of work exceeded my expectations.

I had one of their plumbers and one of their electricians come out. PLUMBING: Upgraded my old outdoor water faucet that was leaking and shooting water out everywhere whenever the garden hose was attached. He was very nice and detailed and made sure that I didn’t have any other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed before leaving. I will absolutely continue to use this company for any/all future plumbing/electrical needs. Photos of the old faucet versus the new one :) ELECTRICAL: Rey is “the king” for sure! What I thought would be a simple replacement of two nonworking electrical outlets turned out to be extensive troubleshooting on his end due to what sounds like some “not up to par“ previous electrical work on my home. Turns out it was a GFCI outlet that had actually had some burning on the inside wiring and a couple of wires connected the way they shouldn’t have been. He was beyond determined to troubleshoot and figure out the problem and fix the problem and in the end that is exactly what he did along with explaining everything in detail in “non-electrical person” terms the entire time! I will absolutely continue to use this company for any/all future plumbing/electrical needs. Photos of some of the old outlets versus the new ones :)

The plumbers and electricians were thoroughly professional, easy to communicate with, and did a good job of water heater replacement. They used hoses and fittings that were better than what I have had previously. And the new heater is a good commercial grade unit. They installed a circuit breaker box near the heater and an automatic shut off mechanism to bring imy installation up to code compliance for the first time in 47 years! The city inspector quickly inspected and passed it.

I had Blake from Top Tech Electric come by and check out my garbage disposal. He did an excellent job in informing all the issues I had with my house and gave me a very fair quote on what needed to be repaired. I enjoyed how he prioritized my safety and would 100% recommended him. Thank You Blake!

TopTech came within a day of requesting a quote, and even installed that same day within a few hours. Reasonable prices and great service. Blake was also extremely thorough in explaining the process and ensuring I was comfortable. I would recommend to everyone.

We had a blockage very deep within the plumbing. Ian was incredibly thorough and recommended getting a camera service throughout the whole property. We likely could have gotten it out with a longer snake but was very happy with how much we were able to see. Cornel and Ian were intentional and walked through everything. It was good to see the camera footage and they noted some areas to be aware of for potential future blockages. I am so glad I went with TopTech, We will be customers for life. So thankful for Ian and Cornel and can't speak higher of their professionalism!

I highly recommend this company. It’s easy to make an appointment on the phone. The lady who picked up the phone was very nice and friendly. After appointment, they have text and email message to confirm the appointment and showed the technician’s info and photo. I have to say the technician Blake Lacey did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Good and easy communications with him. He is the electrician I highly recommended in FW.

Rey vargas was a very good electrician!! He was able to explain everything and walk us through what happened. Very professional and kind. If I use this service again I will definitely ask specifically for Rey Vargas!! He was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner aswell!!

Matthew Rogers was wonderful! We should’ve known because he has the same first and last name as my husband’s father who passed away a year and a half ago. He was very professional and informative of everything he was doing. He discussed options and price once he troubleshooted and found the problem. He was great!

Johnathan was outstanding! He showed up quickly, found the main line issue right away, and cleared it efficiently. He explained everything clearly and made sure the problem was fully fixed before leaving. Professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable — highly recommend asking for Johnathan if you want the job done right the first time!

Ray was very polite, respectful and professional during his visit. He completed the job and provided a free inspection to address any other potentially hazardous situations. He is very knowledgeable in his expertise, and I really appreciated all the information without any pressure to commit to additional work. We will definitely be using Top Tech again for our electrical needs!

Marco was amazing. I found this company on Good Contractors List and called them for a 2nd estimate and they saved me thousands of dollars on an electrical panel replacement that my insurance would not cover. Had the work done after 3 months of getting the money to make the repair and Marcos, Alex and the team were fantastic. I would highly recommend this company.

Technician Marco was very courteous and professional, walked me through all my options and did a great job installing our new ceiling fan. The company was very responsive on Thumbtack and the job was booked in just a couple of hours. Would use them again!

For me having someone I can trust is most important. Because lies are certainly more costly. Ian was courteous, respectful and trustworthy. Combining that with great prices and excellent customer service I'd welcome again should the need arise.

I reached out to Top Tech for help resolving an oven circuit issue. To my surprise Technician Blake Lacey arrived less than 20 minutes later to address my concerns and troubleshoot the problem. Options for corrective action were then discussed w/plans outlined to make necessary repairs the following week at a reasonable cost - much appreciated for a budget conscious senior!

Throughout this entire process Blake was present to offer encouraging words and has pledged to always be there to support future projects that may surface.
