I hired this company for a second year. I wanted it stacked way in the back, on the patio - yet again. These guys never blink and work to make sure things are done to your satisfaction; they stacked that wood so beautifully, once again. They once again took the care to stack smaller pieces of starter wood in between the larger pieces, we could just pull them out easily. I was again so impressed with their excellent customer service and repeat professionalism.

A company still focused on excellent customer service! Who'd a thunk it in 2021?

Excellent service by Mr. Cologne and his helper! They restacked my old firewood then delivered and stacked the 1/4 cord of oak firewood I had ordered. I will definitely be re-ordering my next load of firewood from GI-Mow. Thanks.

GI-Mow installed our neighbor's Christmas lights and we asked for their number. Their website is user-friendly. I filled out a request form and received a response within 2 days. Liz, who was my main contact on the phone, is very pleasant and communicated well. The team who came out to provide the quote was very quick. The team that came out to install the lights were just as efficient. Hats off to this company and the staff! I highly recommend them.

Just called about firewood and I have to say that, was one of the most pleasant phone calls I've had with any company. Not only was she super nice and informative but she was also super knowledgeable about the whole situation answering all my questions. I'm really happy I called you guys and I can say I've found my new firewood supplier. Best prices around in my opinion.

We were in need of a good amount for the cold coming in and we were greeted with outstanding customer service along with the efficiency in stacking the wood where we needed. There was a small hiccup with some wet wood we received but the company reached out to us the next day and delivered the same day new wood without hesitation! I ordered firewood and it was delivered on time and stacked neatly in my wood rack. The quality of the firewood was excellent. The employee that delivered and stacked the wood was extremely professional

I’m a genx and was raised on excellence in business, leadership and great customer services. I had shopped around by phone for some local firewood as I like to spend money locally. I had made several phone calls and landed on this one to wrap things up. I wasn’t in too much of a hurry and the way I was treated on the phone call with some questions, I had made up my mind, that I’d be looking into the other things they had to offer. Few days had passed and made another call to let them know I would be there soon. Liz immediately remembered who I was and let me know the firewood would be ready. The price was great and they had three guys loading up my truck. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes and I was really happy. Service is outstanding and looking into their lawn maintenance because of the treatment many of us deserve. Special thanks to all who made this process simple and understood. I’ve already mentioned the business to over four others watching me unload at my house. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service.

This is the second year of ordering wood and I can state that the wood is very good and the delivery guys are great individuals they were very professional and answered all my crazy questions about the wood and all of the other services that they do for the public

Absolutely professional, great prices on firewood and they stacked everything beautifully so it's easy to grab from our backyard and will stay dry. Their customer service is top notch as well, made paying so easy and simple. We will definitely be long-term customers.

We had a great experience for firewood delivery this week with GI Mow!
I called on Wednesday and had a full cord of wood delivered and stacked by Friday! Kayla the scheduler was so nice and Isiah the delivery guy was awesome too! He called me when he was about 30 min away and did an amazing job stacking the wood exactly where we wanted it. I haven't burned any yet, but it looks like high quality, seasoned post oak and is cut to the perfect size for an indoor fireplace. I've had several bad experiences with firewood delivery before and I am so glad I finally found a reliable company! Thanks so much GI Mow!

We have ordered firewood several times. The wood is great quality. The office staff is always super responsive, polite and helpful. Our wood is delivered quickly, on the day they say they will arrive and stacked neatly. The delivery guys are very nice and do a great job. We greatly appreciate this service and highly recommend this company.

I bought firewood from GI-MOW. They were responsive and flexible with the delivery. Colon, Sebastian, and Steven did an excellent job unloading and stacking the firewood on my rack. They were very respectful and highly personable. They even let me know that kindling was included with an order of wood and arranged for me to pick it up at the shop. They didn’t have to tell me that. That’s great customer service.

I ordered firewood from this company a week ago. I was very happy with their quick response, scheduling the appointment around my schedule. The gentleman who delivered were quick to unload and beautifully stacked the wood in the locations I requested. I called and scheduled a next day delivery. The office was wonderful to work with and the guy that completed the delivery did a great job getting it delivered and stacked on my rack. I will be using them again and 100% recommend them to anyone!
