I was glad that Sigwald still has local roots even though it was acquired by Beyer Boys. Thanks to Isaiah & Steve! The preventative maintenance inspection found a couple of items that could be remedied by us without additional service. It was nice to not feel like we were upsold repairs not needed just yet. Isaiah started the heating system check, found a 2nd filter in the intake that we had never discovered after purchasing the property. He said this will improve system efficiency since we only need 1 filter in the attic unit. He advised that due to the limited clearance in the attic, he requested Steve return to finish the check since he could not safely access the attic unit. Steve arrived same day, finished the check up and recommended some maintenance on a the dryer part. He said in the future, It would need to be replaced, but we could hold off for now.

Sigwald and our technician Steve saved the day! My airbnb guests reported that it was 80 degrees inside the home...on a Saturday night!! Fortunately Sigwald Service Co was able to dispatch Steve and replace the capacitor so that the guests could sleep in comfort.

Vacation saved!!

, Steve, with Sigwald Service Co. analyzed my HVAC and made recommendations for upgrading. He was courteous and professional and we accepted his recommendations. He then installed additional equipment which will ensure our comfort and safety.

The person taking our order for service was very friendly and helpful; the two technicians who responded were capable and friendly: the technician/salesperson who came later to discuss a possible new unit purchase was absolutely forthcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. A solid "10" to Sigwald!

Brinson Rusk was the tech who came to my location and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and personality. He listened to all my questions and concerns. He explained everything he was going to do prior to doing them and offered additional suggestions to improve my experience with my system. I will make it a point to ask for him to deliver services at my residence in the future.

The young man Isaiah was a very warm , kind and professional young man who explained everything completely to us. we are on a yearly plan and I love it. 👍👍😊

Our most recent repair was done about 3 weeks ago when the drain line to our AC was not draining outside. I believe the guy's name was Brandon came by 30 minutes after being called, and it was after hours. Did an amazing job and only charged the hour fee. My husband had worked on it the full day, sure wish he'd called Sigwald earlier, them boys got it done in just a few minutes. I highly recommend them!

My technician Isaiah was very knowledgeable and friendly. He check my heating system and checked the calibration of my thermostat. Isaiah also explained an option to buy a contract and purchase a water sensor for the pvc drip line. He also noticed lint/dust around the ceiling vent and asked if we have ever had the air ducts cleaned? I told him it was something my wife and I planned on having it done. He told me the company was running a special and explained the entire process the company would use to clean the ductwork . I was Very satisfied with his work and going above and beyond to educate me about the other services available.

Had several trips Goodman AC units installer not responding to calls. Thomas was excellent knew how to fix and submitting under warranty for 7 year old. Thought it was just one but two of four units went out. Thomas was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Very pleased.

The Beyer Boys were amazing from the moment we called. Our A/C went out early in the evening. After one company failed to show up we called the Beyer Boys at 10 P.M.. They apologized they couldn't get a technician out until the morning, which was understandable given the time.

Jose showed up promptly at the scheduled time and easily found the issue. Had the part on hand and installed. He made sure the everything was working properly inside the house, attic and outside the house.

Jose and the whole company were very professional and empathetic to our situation. I would recommend them to anyone for regular or emergency service.

Mauricio Hernandez was the technician that came out to give us a quote to replace a/c, inside and out. Got a reminder day before from company, got a personal message from tech with picture of himself, so I would know who was coming, showed up 10 minutes early, very nice man, very informative, very knowledgeable, courteous and professional 😀👏. Even though we have home warranty, will probably use Sigwald to do our repairs 😁🙌👌

The company is excellent and sent a professional and knowledgeable Technician. Clayton diagnosed and explained the problem with our heating system. I would recommend this company to anyone in need.

Brinson was our service tech. He is amazing. He’s very intelligent, went right to the point, found the problem and best of all he is a very, very respectful, polite young man. Sigwald is lucky to have him.

Installers are 3rd party contractors. They screwed up my AC but an actual signal tech came out, his name was Isaiah, and he was fantastic. Assessed the issue, fixed it and got to getting a claim into fix the damage. Their answering service isn't helpful but once you talk to actual sigwald folk they take care of you.

This is a great company and their service techs are very well trained and knowledgeable. Clayton and James was all of the above qualities. Professional, on time, quality work, responsive and answered all of my questions and I find the service a good value too.

I called Sigwald Service Company on a Saturday to fix an ac unit in Port Aransas that was not cooling. They were there almost immediately, diagnosed the issue & made the repair. Polite, professional & prompt. Wonderful Company & employees

Great experience and also got tips on how to keep my unit clean and general knowledge.

The service was excellent- above and beyond, what was I need without high price tag. He checked all the units to make sure everything was working and the issue was just the thermostat. Truly appreciate the same day service because my pipes were frozen and needed the heat on. All the companies I called were not available, this would have ended up as a expensive issue if I did get any service same day.

Thank you, new customer but staying forever and will be calling again for any AC, electric or plumbing issues.
