I called on Dec. 30th, and Craig came out the next day ~9:30am, he fixed my AC in about 1.5 hrs and my bill was $282. I am elated because locals were going to charge me $345/lb for freon. Great service and on New year's eve!

Dave was great when he came out and checked my unit to give me an estimate. He even waited three weeks it took me to gather up the money. Then they came out and replaced the unit on the date and time they said they would. Great service and really nice people. Daves son (I'm horrible with names) was so nice even when my card was declined because I didn't know I needed to change my daily limit lol. Just overall a great experience with these guys!

This was another great experience! Fast response and scheduling. Craig found the problem right away. After picking up the part to fix our A/C, he had it back in working order really quickly.

Our A/C had issues retaining refrigerant so we called Shellaby for assistance. Their team arrived & identified the leakage, and then swiftly fixed it. We're very happy with everything they did.

Craig is the best. AC went out 8:00 pm. Called them about 8:00 am. Craig arrived at 1:00 pm. Diagnosed and fixed problem in an hour. Very professional, high quality work. I will use them, and request Craig for any future AC work.

Shellaby always shows up when they say they will, they're prompt with their billing, allow for online payments, and I always feel like I got a good value from their service. They will text on a Sunday evening to confirm that they can make a Monday appointment on short notice! They stand out in their field for these reasons. I can't say enough nice things about them!

Very happy with their service. Craig put one thermostat back on line and did the Spring checkup. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. We are very please with him and his service.

We could not be more satisfied with the service we received from Shellaby AC. They stayed in contact to make sure we were satisfied with the job they did as it was a follow-up from a company that did not solve our issues. Very much appreciate their administration and the service provided onsite.

Shellaby quickly responded to emergency call to replace older HVAC which had been damaged by critters in attic. Critters damaged the attic unit plus several ducts. David from HVAC quoted me a very fair price to replace HVAC, some ducts, and install new insulation. Installation was started and completed during Thansgiving week.

A/C quit working, gave them a call. They came out that morning & my A/C was working again by 10:00 am! They were very polite & courteous. I recommend them without any hesitation, whatsoever. They are awesome! 👏

This company is a breath of fresh air. we have had nothing but issues with contractors in the Aransas pass area. This company quoted me a reasonable price. Sent competition workers and did the job right the first time. The owner also called and followed up with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. He also help us find other contractors in areas his company does not service. I can't say "thanks" enough and we will be lifetime customers.

Shellaby AC, awesome company quality service, got a Goodman AC unit 5 years ago from Shellaby has worked flawlessl, they did install and ductwork as well, just called out to have the unit serviced after 5 years, unit still in top notch condition, Called them at 11am and they were out here two hours later. I contacted Shellaby AC & Refrigeration to install a UV light in my air conditioning system and the owner David contacted me promptly, explained the process and provided a quote over the telephone. They arrived the following day and installed the UV light. The technician was polite, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I will refer Shellaby AC & Refrigeration to anyone in need of HVAC services and will use them again myself if needed in the future. Thank you!

Last Friday at 2:30 pm our AC will not come on. I call our service provider, Shellaby AC, for service and by 4:30 pm Craig is at our house to diagnose the problem. The problem was a little difficult to diagnose but Craig had the issue fixed and our AC was up and running before 6 pm. Excellent response and great service late on a Friday afternoon. We really appreciate Shellaby AC coming through again!

Absolutely love this company. Everytime I've called or had the technicians come out I only been meet with professionalism. I can't recommend Shellaby more highly. I always give high praises about shellaby to anyone looking for HVAC needs.
