On a Sunday I had the wrong disconnect and I called Jacob on his cell phone and he responded immediately and personally brought me the correct disconnect. I couldn't be more satisfied with city electric. Would never think that I would have this great customer service!!!!! A-1 SERVICE FROM THE START AND BETTER PRICES!!!
