No job too small! Only W3 responded early Monday morning with a detailed message as to services and licensing. Followed with phone call to address concerns. The electrician, Taylor McLain, called with ETA, very professional and knowledgeable. Completed work in timely manner. Highly recommend W3 Electric and we’ll certainly rely on them for future projects!

Extremely professional, quality workmanship, responsive. Electrian Cody was able to install multiple wall outlets in our dental office without interrupting our schedule. I would highly recommend.

The two gentlemen that were sent to install electrical for my spa/hot tub did an OUTSTANDING job! Both gentlemen were personable and professional. They arrived on time and completed the work in less than the anticipated window. Most importantly, the gentlemen did quality work. So they checked out our new smoke alarm system which mysteriously started beeping. Although only a few months old, a battery was defective. The technician and his helper were very courteous and pleasant. They replaced a couple of light bulbs in a high ceiling fixture. Overall, I am very pleased with W3.

They were early for the appointment and extremely professional. Sean was able to switch out my broken lights quickly and are better than they were before. I will be calling for my next project soon!

Sean from W3 Electric arrived on time to address a flickering light that finally went out. He quickly diagnosed and addressed the problem in short order. We chatted about W3 which is a good family based Christian oriented local business that I highly commend as being worthy of trust and confidence.

I have used this company twice and I am VERY happy with the customer service they provide. Cody helped me today and Brackson in the past. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help or are not familiar with the ins and outs of electrician. Fred and Taylor came to install my EV home charger in my garage. They were professional and friendly, talked me through the plan and worked efficiently! They also noticed some electrical issues and made recommendations for a safer setup. When they were done, they cleaned and swept any mess they made, and showed me how to use the charger. Great experience!

W3 had an opening a day early and called to let me know so I could get my problem fixed even sooner. Taylor showed up on a rainy day and immediately put his shoe covers on so my floor wouldn’t get wet. He was personable and efficient in fixing my issue! I appreciate him double checking everything for my safety which is #1 priority for me. He even changed a lightbulb for me that wasn’t on the “to do” list. Thank you W3 and Taylor!

Branson was very helpful and professional working through my issues. He had good experience and was very knowledgeable. He offered lots of alternatives and was very patient.

My experience with Brackson was amazing. I haven’t fully decided on using their service yet but I know that I’d be in good hands if I move forward with them. He was knowledgeable, personable, informative, respectable, and honest. Brackson did not attempt to over sale or push anything on me. His main goal was to ensure that I was provided with useful alternatives that were cost effective and addressed my needs. From the initial appointment setting to the on-site visit, this company’s service deserves five + stars.

Cody (& his colleague Chris) was very professional & personable. Not only did they provide a great service and fix the problem but went above & beyond to ensure I understood all aspects of the job, what could potentially go wrong, and even came back the same day when their initial fix didn’t resolve the issue. I’ll be calling Cody anytime I have an electrical issue and would definitely recommend you do the same.

Sean was awesome, he checked everything out thoroughly, replaced a couple cracked electric plates,checked outlets to make sure they were fine, put new batteries in my smoke and Co2 detectors, and even vacuumed up a very small bit of plaster that fell out of the electric plate. Very courteous and nice young man. Very satisfied!
