Techs arrived on time and after starting I realized I wanted the inside tracks done and hadn't asked for that so they quickly said no problem and got it done. They were very professional and did a great job. I'll be using them each year for my window cleaning! Richard and his company are great. He arrived this morning thinking he was going to do one package and I had made a mistake asking for the other package. He didn't hesitate for moment and said no problem. I also forgot to let him know I had screen covers. Again,

These guys are the best! My windows are so clean that you can't even tell there's glass there! Even friends have commented on how great the house looks. Richard was conscientious of making sure I was completely satisfied and even went above and beyond what he'd originally quoted me. I also appreciated his manners and courtesy. This kind of customer service is hard to find; it's impressed me so much that I've already referred several friends to Window Rescue in a matter of hours after the job was complete.
