I wanna thank Graves Roofing and Restoration for the great service. Brandon was amazing took the time to walk me thru the process and answer any questions I had. My roof looks great and it was done in record time.

When I called Brian was very accommodating and came out to inspect my roof in the same week I called. He showed up at the agreed upon date and time checked out my roof and did two minor repairs AT NO COST!! He let me know other than that my roof was good to go, very honest and professional man. If you need roofing repair or replacement I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Saw one of their trucks in town and asked for a roof inspection. They were at my house the very next day. The owner himself came out. My roof was repaired the next day. So easy, great job, professional and a great rate. We highly recommend this company!!!

First time roof-replacement-ers here: We met with several local roofing companies, but Sean Baldwin with Graves Roofing was by far the most informative roofer we met with. We met with him and went over our insurance company's estimate line by line, with itemized details and invoices. He explained how the whole process would work from start to finish. We felt very confident that neither us or our insurance company would be taken advantage of during this process. He worked directly with our insurance company. He made recommendations for which type of shingles/color/etc and at the same time wasn't pushy about any particular type: it was our roof & gutters, so it was our decision. He was here every day when the crews were here. He was very patient with our questions. The crews were great! They cleaned up the roofing mess, didn't damage any landscaping, and were very good at explaining where they were in the process. Our roof looks fantastic: better than it did before the hail storm! Graves Roofing and Sean are the best roofing professionals we could have hired! Highly recommend!

We had met with 2 other roofing companies when we got a glowing recommendation to have Graves Roofing give us a bid. The owner, Brian, came out and explained everything the type of shingles to the installation process! We were instantly sold as he REALLY knows his business! They were professional and had the old shingles off and the new roof on in one day! They came back the following morning and finished the cleanup perfectly! The owner came out and inspected during the installation and after the cleanup the following morning! If you need a roof replacement don’t waste your time interviewing others as this company is AWESOME and I will recommend them to everyone!!!! Graves recently replaced my roof, gutters, and downspouts (damage from hail storm). The insurance originally only included the roof but Brandon documented that hail damage on the gutters and worked with the adjustor to get the gutters included in the claim. My house has never looked so good. Thanks Brandon!

We have a new build and had a hailstorm about eight months ago. We had two other roofers come to our house and tell us we definitely needed a new roof.

When Brian came out he did a thorough inspection and told me that with the new shingles he wouldn't claim it on insurance if it were him, but we should check again in about eight months (since we could still make a claim as long as within a year).

He just came out again and after inspection, he told us we didn't need a new roof. That is unheard of around here. Most roofers try to sell you things you don't need. There is a lot of low-quality work out there since roofers do not need licenses.

I repeatedly here good things about Grave's roofing for their honesty and knowledge, and saw it firsthand when he did not try to sell me something I didn't need.

He was by far the most professional, personable, knowledgeable, and the most reasonably priced for the quality of the products. We had three roofers come out an inspect our home for hail damage and picked Graves because of Brandon Westphal. He took more time with us than any of our roofers and explained everything to us very well. He even grabbed my son's tennis ball out of the gutter and tossed it down to him just to be kind (none of the other roofers had seen this).

When it came time to do an insurance claim, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He came to our home when the insurance adjuster was doing his walk-through and helped find additional damages which the adjuster missed in his initial assessment.
