Kyle was fantastic to work with. Friendly, well spoken, concise, and very thorough, let me know exactly what the options were and what he recommended. Had everything done and all of my questions answered in an hour flat, even with needing to run out for supplies :)

I scheduled a yearly HVAC inspection accidentally, and I didn’t realize it until my techs arrived. Fortunately there was an affordable special for it, as well as for the plumbing inspection that I meant to get, so I went ahead and had them complete it anyway. Amanda and Isaiah were both so so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was very pleased with their findings, their work, and the information they provided. Thank you!

Entire team at Koala (Zach, Luis and Jose) did a great job. From explaining the recommended work needed to completing the new A/C installation. Highly recommend them.

Update on April 21st, 2025 — Still 5 stars! We called Koala Cooling the day after Easter weekend as the air stopped working right before the weekend. Jacob M. quickly came out same day of call and replaced the capacitor along with a few other things and thoroughly explained everything along the way in addition to taking photos. Very professional as always. We finally have air again, thank goodness!

On-time, friendly, and thorough heating system evaluation as part of Koala Club! Michael Corey, our technician did an inspection and provided a great summary afterwards, including pictures — showing actual read stats vs what the manufacturer has listed on their equipment to show everything was working appropriately. Thanks Michael and the Koala Cooling Company for great service. Glad to be a part of the Koala Club.

Just had my spring HVAC system checkup. Both Alex and Isaiah were fantastic. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Once again I am pleased to be a customer of Koala Cooling.

Kyle was a great tech. He was quick and concise when finding the issues and letting us know the repairs. Michelle who scheduled us was easy to work with and got a tech out the very next morning.

Zak and his crew did a full HVAC system replacement including duct work etc. in less than one single day. The best customer service than all other companies. They even cleaned up afterwards much better than my wife could. 6 stars. Highly recommend.

Alex and crew did an awesome job. They were professional, communicated well from the beginning, and explained everything. They were fast and clean. 5 stars.

Martin and the Koala Cooling team are outstanding. We needed a new system installed quickly before leaving town and they were able to perform the install quickly and efficiently. Our system is running great and we couldn't recommend this company any higher than we do. They are amazing!

We also had Adrian out to help us with a clogged drain. He was precise and fast. Very thankful for his quality service.

Amanda & Isaiah were out to our house today and did a fantastic job. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining the process and the HVAC system to me. We’ve used Koala in the past and will use them again because of the great service.

Amanda Nations from Koala cooling was fantastic. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and did a really thorough job. I was impressed at the lengths she went to in checking both my HVAC systems. The systems are really old and she had a a hard time accessing certain parts and spec sheets but she did not give up until the job was done. I'm super happy with the maintenance work she provided.

Koala Cooling is the greatest! I’ve previously used Kangaroo roof in the past and had a 10/10 experience, so had a hunch that Koala Cooling would be phenomenal. My already high expectations were exceeded by a massive margin! Amanda was the technician doing a quick service check-in on my AC system, she knocked it out of the park with sharing photos and educating me on the health of my system, while also prioritizing what is necessary in the immediate future, and other great recommendations for now/later. The friendly/professional approach of Koala Cooling is second to none. I’ll be constantly recommending Koala Cooling from here on out!

This company is outstanding! If you're looking for the best customer service, friendly and professional technicians, and results that matter then Koala Cooling is the only company you should consider.

We had Amanda and Jackson out to do a system check for our 1 year old American Standard system, installed by Koala. Both Amanda and Jackson were extremely friendly and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently while providing lots of insight with what they were looking at. They found that our fan motor in the outside condenser was over amping (good find!). The owner, Scott, was great to speak with. He honored the warranty fully and was happy to do so. You just don't get customer service like that anymore. And Renee was also a delight to speak with in regard to getting services scheduled.

Amanda returned a couple days later to replace the fan motor. She was fast and thorough. I understand that she's a newer team member with Koala but I can tell she's is and will be a very valuable asset to Koala for years to come.

I'm happy to report on another great experience with Koala Cooling! My knowledgeable and friendly technician, Amanda, arrived promptly on the day of service. She respectively wore shoe booties and was quick, quiet, and efficient as I worked from home. Her extensive knowledge helped me make an informed decision to better the quality of my air. I look forward to upgrading my system and welcome her talented services. Thank you very much for the work as I no longer fear the Texas summer heat! PS - I appreciate you sharing your rock climbing experience! I'm inspired now to give it a shot and overcome my fear of heights!

My ac was acting up and called Koala Cooing for help. They dispatched Amanda out to fix the problem. She was very informative and detailed. She went over the options with me and didn’t make me feel inferior. She explained the different levels of service in a manner that was easy. John and Dillon were great! They came out for a semi-annual HVAC inspection and we're very thorough. They did a detailed inspection and went over a variety of options and enhancements. They answered all of our questions and did an excellent job!
